So, we had a bit of a hiccup with our order from esaabparts.com, but thankfully Matt was able to help us out and come to a compromise that worked for both parties. I gotta say, I was a bit worried at first, but Matt really came through and made things right. Overall, I would definitely consider ordering from esaab again in the future. They seem to have a good selection of parts and their customer service is top-notch. Plus, it's always nice to support a company that values their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to make things right. All in all, I'd say esaabparts.com is a solid choice for anyone in need of Saab parts.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with eSaabParts.com. I mean, I tried to order some parts for my Saab from Puerto Rico, which is technically part of the USA, but they wouldn't ship to me! Can you believe that? But then I saw that they offer free shipping to Australia? What the heck? That just doesn't make any sense to me.

And don't even get me started on their website. It's a bit of a mess, if you ask me. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and when I finally did, the prices were a bit steep. I mean, I know Saab parts aren't exactly cheap, but come on.
