I had a 650 score. I used 1 credit card to make a purchase. Then my score plummeted 100 points. I have never been late on any of my creditors and have not missed a payment. So why would it plummet 100 points. My other scores from the other companies have not changed. You cant get in touch with anyone there because their automate system wont put you through to an agent and asks you question after question and there is no chat bot either. There is no reason it should plummet 100 points.

Desired outcome: I want this score to be fixed.
