EQ Homes We moved into our house in 2019, and it's now 2021

We moved into our house in 2019, and it's now 2021. We still have some issues that need to be addressed from our 30-day inspection. The cement on our stairs is deformed, and it's disappointing that EQ Homes is refusing to honor the warranty. They have repaired similar stairs for our neighbors, so it feels like they're giving them preferential treatment. We've asked multiple times for these concerns to be addressed, and we even noted them on our Tarion form.
