Engine & Transmission World review: Bull crap company

I am sad to write this because the lady in parts I dont remember her name and the lady in tracking are the greatest at this company, but this is where it stops.. Thats why they get a one star, first lets say this they say 7-14 business days right ok thats bull sh — t they told me that and they was testing the engine I purchased for 9days, then they had a conflict with the carrier, ok but when I got my engine, baaaabbbyyyy the oil pan was folded bent back, the mounting screws was seard into on part of the engine and the other was just stickinng out, the air filter compartment was completely cracked and I mean cracked, the engine itself had a burn mark on top by where the holes is at, the upper oil pan is badly damaged, the oil pan housing is destroyed and rusted, its a bolt broke off and seared in to the head of the engine which is the exaust manifold... Now my mechanic is charging me $3,700.00 to fix the engine that engine and transmission world sent me hell no I think not, so I caled to speak with someone I was told a manager will call me it's now 48hrs in to my claim and nobody got back with me yet and I was told its gonna be 24hrs for someone to get back to me...
Stay the hell away from this company please and the 2 ladies that work there please go get another job somewhere else yall are too good to be working for this shame [censored] company, never again.. And I pra the finance company that finance these crooks drop them...
I'm trying to send this piece of [censored] back to you guys nowww, send me the return label so I can send it back to yall
