Very happy with their performance from quote to completion! Have already recommended this company to many neighbors.

When making a large financial decision like window replacement, my wife and I do our homework. We reached out to 5 window companies, decided to interview 3 and made a final decision to work with Energy Shield. We even decided to drive all the way out to their plant to take a tour with Energy Shields President. Very enlightening to say the least. The quality of their product, window suggestions for our particular home and fair pricing were right on the mark. Price is obviously important but not the most important factor for us. Our 10 windows and 4 Arcadia doors were replaced in less that two days. Very good install...a little sloppy with some of the caulking, but only minor which I adjusted myself. We would definitely recommend talking to Energy Shield before you make a final decision on window replacement. Mike & Paula R.

We had all the original windows replaced in our 1951 home. We had a great experience with Sales, the office, and the installation/drywall teams! The team installed everything in one day, wore masks and paid attention to detail during the job and cleanup. The windows look amazing. The blue low-e glass looked more blue than I expected, but Kathy was able to explain to me that this glass is the newest on the market and has the best protection from solar heat gain. We had a rip in a screen and Kathy scheduled fabrication right away to get a new one for us. All around great experience with Energy Shield - very happy with our new windows!

I recently had Energy Shield replace my windows. Kevin and Enoch did a great job and pleased with their installation. The quality of the frames and E340 glass was excellent. The price was certainly good, and I would recommend Energy Shield for your window installation.

Very professional staff. They had 2 crews working putting in 10 new windows and 2 sliding glass doors. They gave us instructions on the use of the new windows. Came back the next day to build up 2 inches of concrete where the lower door jam stuck out, and it looks great. I chose them because they were highly rated and is locally owned and manufactured.

Best decision we made was to install new energy efficient windows at our Chandler home. It's the first summer we've been able to keep the shutters open all day without heat coming in! What an excellent company! It first started with the great office staff who took my call, then Tom, the salesman, who came out to our house to quote. We got many quotes and looked at many products. Tom was the only salesman who was professional and did not dog another company. He told us to shop around, get quotes, look at products but that his product will sell itself. He was right. Also Tom sold us on the product, for the fact that he didn't name names or badmouth anyone. We also loved the warrenty that comes with these windows. It didnt matter on price, what it came down to was an honest, professional salesman, a great product and warrenty. Tom is a man who represents this company superbly. Next came Miguel, the final measurer who gave good suggestions and was professional in his work. Next was the Office Manager, Kathy, who allowed me to look around a portion of the plant, as I worked for a glass company years ago and I wanted to see. Next was Ramone and his crew, the installers, beautiful work, super clean up, professional, polite and did a fantastic job. Last but not least, the product! Wow! The windows look even better than we could have imagined. We love our new picture window too! They are gorgeous! Our mailman even knocked on our door and told us, "Nice windows! I mean, REALLY nice!" We agree! Before replacing all our windows with Energy Shield Windows, our AC would run for about 15-20 mins and be off for 15 mins. Now with our new windows the AC is on for 5 mins and off for 50-60 mins! They are going to pay for themselves soon enough! If you are looking for replacement windows like we were, you will not be disappointed with this company. Absolutely the best, and Tom was the first reason why we chose them. Thank you to all staff involved. We love your windows! Shame I can't post pics :)
