EnergiseTrade.com review: Non refund of funds in account

They won't refund account balance claims tax must be paid but bitcoin exchanges are not responsible for collecting taxes. Claims international crypto currency laws apply but there is none its country specific. I deposited funds to the exchange and now have 2.6 million in funds sitting there. They won't refund the money. Trying to recover my funds from them but they want 407k to be paid to them for taxes they can’t ask for. Taxes are paid in Tax returns only.
