In November 2019 my Mother signed for mobile phone. In December 2021, she passed away. I contacted them in January 2022 to let them know. I had asked about using it and they said I couldn't use it. So we signed for our own service. Since that time they have charged me $7.50 for a phone I cannot use. My name was not on her account and I shouldn't have to keep paying for it. Thus far, I have paid $97.50 for nothing. I want them to refund my money that they put on my husband's account. I have tried several calls and attempts but it's the same thing, someone will call you back. My last attempt was [protected]. still waiting on the call back. I don't know why they put her phone on his account. It may not be a lot of money to some people but I shouldn't have to pay for it. I am not responsible for her bills. Anything you can do would be much appreciated.

This company has bad and defective phones do not buy or u se this service period the company has no service period they do not treat customers well they do not care at all about any one but them selves
