Eneba review: I paid for a paypal code – got nothing, no support

I purchased a PayPal top-up code from Eneba on April 24, 2025, and was charged SAR 15.22 + 15.71. The payment was successful, but I never received any code or product.
Their site never sends the verification code, so I can’t even access my full account or claim anything.
I opened several tickets, but support never helped. This feels like deliberate fraud. Avoid this platform unless you want to lose your money.
