I attend a two hours sale presentation in Dubai emirates grand hotel, for a share ownership of their 2 bedrooms apartments based on a two weeks a year availability.I made a $800 down payment and sign for a 40% overall after 3 months. However I smell something fishy in their offer and the way they averts their business. Does someone know about them or can confirm it's safe to deal with them ?

I was one of the victims of emirate vacation club in Dubai I paid US $3000 and I just bought the air nothing else The Emirates vacation club is a biggest scam the government should do something about these thiefs in Dubai they are liers they just lie to you and they want to rip you off do not ever pay or buy anything from there I was a victim I don't want u to become a victim to

I was duped by Emirates vaction club unfortunately I had spent about USD18, 000 before I found out. I am so upset I cannot begin to tell my story. but the major actors I dealt with are Abba Gummel, Sabrina, Samaka, Nada, Nahom and the clown that cliams he is their collection agent Mohammed, including the Emirates Grand Hotel. The God I believe in will deal with them on my behalf including the main owners and organisers of the SCAM. Peace will definitely elude them and their generations yet unborn. I have never stolen from anyone but since they have all conspired to defraud me. they will all pay in a way much more painful.
I wish the Authorities in Dubai will do something about Emirates Vacation Club and the Emirates Grand Hotel.

I was duped by Emirates vaction club by one Amr M. Amer and Felomena M. Castro (Pia) to making deposit for the apartment in which I was told if I make a deposit of 40% the apartment can be rented out and I would get returns but after making the 40% deposit they stopped replying my emails on the issue of renting out the apartment for the one week I was entitled to, but only mail me when they want to collect their remaining 60% balance.
So I stopped making any further payments. they later started using a lawyer named Kanayo Okoye to call and mail to make treats of cancelling the contract if I don't continue to payments and stuff like that.
I would advise the general public to avoid these broad day light criminals who wear suits and dupe the public. One thing for sure is that I worked for the money I didn't steal it so for the fact that they stole it from me them (AMR M. Amer / Felomena M. Castro (Pia) and Kanayo Okoye) and their generation would never know peace they would reap poverty in their generation and the curse can only be broken if they refund my money. Period.

I strongly request authorities to take the necessary action against
vacation international company and help us to get our hard-earned money
back. There could be definitely hundreds of victims, hunted by vacation
international. I have paid almost AED 10, 000 and it is a big amount for
me. Or I would request Gulfnews to form such a compaign or guide us to
get our money back.

emirates vacation club is a worse scam i nave r see and i would like to tell people to be aware for those people, people without heart and i am so worries about those innocent they are cheating avery day.
They apply high pressure tactics to convince gullible customers. if you look at the maintenance fees the amount payable yearly is sufficient to get a serviced apartment for 1 week in Dubai. so what's the point in investing thousand of dollars to invest in something which is unsaleable. they also reserve the right to increase the maintenance fee without your agreement. in fact this is where they make a killing. in fact to maintain an apartment it does not cost more than 250 usd per month anywhere. Here they are charging 800 usd per week for a small apartment. they are thus getting a guaranteed income 800x52 weeks = 41600 usd per year. in fact even if they do not charge you a cent for your investments they would be minting money every year with the maintenance fees alone.
This is a well thought scheme to rip off the gullible
