I was wanting to buy a purebred Australian Shepherd. I went to puppyfind.com to do so. I found the pretties little girl. I asked as much questions as I knew. Britney Sturtz told me and advertised the puppies as: Georgeoud AKC, ASCA, ASDR, NSDR, CKC Registerable puppy. What's Included part said: Registered/Registerable. I was under the assumption that the puppy was already had a litter registration with all the registries. Boy was I wrong! I drove to Ohio to get my baby girl. When it come time to start registering I was instructed by Britney Sturtz to register the puppy as instructed. Starting with NSDR, then ASDR, then CKC and then ASCA and finally AKC. Little did I know, the parents are not registered with CKC or ASCA or AKC. I did some research with the help of another breeder that I bought a dog from and found out that her sire and dam are not registered with AKC or ASCA or AKC. Therefore I purchased this puppy for breeding and paid a total of $2000.00 for this puppy and can not get her registered with AKC or ASCA. TOTAL LOSS! I love my dear girl regardless of that, but I paid for that kind of registry. Now the plot thickens. As time went on I kept asking for the AKC and ASCA paperwork. She then tells me that she has no time limit on when she has to register her dogs through these registries. REALLY? Then she says I did not follow her directions and should not have called AKC about her. Now she tries to turn the tables on me. Acusing me of all kinds of things like harrassment. I am at the point now of just pure discust! So she tells me the dogs are not registered yet. Keep in mind I thought they were up until I got nosey and started digging for information. I am really feeling like I just got scammed now for sure! Well, then she proceeds to tell me that when I get to the CKC registery to let her know and she will then send me the rest of my papers. Well that has been done for a month. I have e-mailed her and no response. Over and over again. Now you tell me what you think of this? I am beside myself that I let someone take advantage of me in this way. I do not have alot of money and by all means I work from paycheck to paycheck to survive. If anyone else out there has had an encounter with this woman please let me know. I know I am not the only one. I have found some other people that have had similiar problems. I want my AKC/ASCA paperwork! THAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR! SHE HAS MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PAPERS! HELP!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Contact the ohio attorney general to state your case. Can be done online. Several complaints on there about misrepresentation, etc. By the way, she's advertising more pups born 7/2/15. Just trying to make a quick buck for sure. Good luck!
I bought and Aussie from Beth and named her Grace and she has been sick since I brought her home her vet bills are mounting she has chronic diarrhea that cannot figure out what is wrong with her I fed her exactly what she told me she was feeding her I have changed her to iams puppy today trying desperately to figure out what's wrong she has been maintained and all of her shots on time but I am going on over a month and she is not doing well taking her to the vet again vet put her on antibiotics and their food she got some better but not all better and doing it again the vet bills are mounting and I need to know what to do to help her! She is spending most of her time in a cage because she is so sick and it killing me! I will deal with Beth later but must Save and free grace to live normal in my house. Ladies this woman is a scam artist. I bought a puppy from her and could not get her registered like she said and she charged me an extra $1200.00 for breeding. BUYER BEWARE!
I sure wish someone could get her stopped. I think she has a sickness and needs serious help...no joke. They are the only people I've met who can turn the tables on people and make you think you're the one doing wrong even when they are caught in bold face lies. She would lie to Jesus Christ if she thought she could make a buck. Sad situation for sure.
I am literally supposed to go and get a puppy from her tonight - after reading these posts I am NOT going to. WOW! I suspected something was fishy - she struck me as a "fast talker". Now I know the truth.

This is an insight to Britney "Beth" Sturtz from Belle Greye Haven Stables Aussie's in Warsaw, Ohio. My name is Tonya, and my family and I purchased a Female Australian Shepherd named Mercy from Britney "Beth" Sturtz (AKA Britney Beth Sturtz, Beth Sturtz, Britney A. Sturtz, Britney Alexis, Julie Sturtz, Julie J. Sturtz, The Sturtz Family including Thomas, Brandon, Julie Beth (McKee) and Britney Sturtz), and I'm sure the list of fake names and aliases go on, and on, and on. We purchased Mercy on 12/02/2013, after seeing her on PuppyFind.com and PuppyFinder.com, and I'm sure Britney has her advertisements many other places that I haven't even came across yet. Mercy came home with us that Monday night, and per Britney's CONTRACT, we took Mercy for a Health Screen within 48 hours-of-purchase. This very sick puppy came back with a Grade 2 Heart Murmur, indicating improper breeding, and was infested with 3 different types of parasites! I was mortified! I cried for 2 days for Mercy and her health, and my family and I were filled with pure disgust because we learned that Britney Beth was filled with lies and deceit. Mercy was not all she was advertised on these online puppy purchasing sites...Britney Beth literally lied about every piece of selling information that she posed, starting with her name, because on these sites, she goes as Beth Sturtz, [protected]! My family and I can only believe she is involved with a puppymill, or she is purchasing pups one-by-one from other people, puppymills, or establishments, and then listing fraudulent selling information which can get her top dollar for these very sick and uncared for puppies. I was disgusted with her contract she had me sign, because since my husband and I have a son that requires much healthcare, sick Mercy could not stay with us, and PER CONTRACT, I HAD TO RETURN HER TO BRITNEY BETH, which I fear for Mercy's life because I do not believe this slimeball family has one ounce of love in their hearts for animals, especially puppies. If Mercy really was Registered, given weekly hygiene and personal care, was played and socialized with, and current on all shots and vaccines, then what in God's name went wrong...IT'S BECAUSE THESE ARE ALL FABRICATED LISTINGS AND LIES FROM BRITNEY BETH STURTZ, and her family is just as involved in this sick puppy selling ring as she is! They have to be stopped, and people need to rescue these animals from her! I want every pup to find a loving home, but I want Britney Beth Sturtz out of the picture! She has been scamming people since 2007, under all her alias names and a past horse farm named Brit Le' Brand Farms and BLB Equine Rescue. These are disgusting people, and they are using sick puppies to their benefit! I can only imagine the neglect, unfit living conditions, and ruthless behavior they show to these poor innocent animals. Please pass this information on about Britney Beth Sturtz, 29-year-old female who lives in Warsaw, Coshoctan, and the Sturtz family. We cannot allow her and her family to treat humans and animals this way. I am willing to speak with anyone about this sad, disturbing situation.
