Was enticed to purchase timeshare with Club Intrawest which changed to Embarc Resorts associated with Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Need the resort to honor their Buy Back or Repurchase Program:

1.) Bought the following points at the following dates:
contract [protected] was purchased 12/9/2006
contract [protected] was purchased 2/21/2009
contract [protected] was purchased 2/21/2009

2.) Slow processing of applications of just 10 to 15 annually making our waiting period up to forty (40) years.

Claimed loss: Purchase averaged $155 per point amounting to a total of $41,820.

Desired outcome: Need the resort to buy back or apply the Repurchase Program for a reasonable amount. We are already in our late 70's and our application should be processed before we pass away.
