Up until they were acquired by Southern Homes they were a good company. Two instances at separate locations would have cost around 2,000 when the issue wasn't even what they were trying to upsell. They will state there's a questionnaire to fill out before doing any warranty work that the manufacturer will probably decline and then they say they will fix the work if it's tied into an upsell. Legal or not, they a snake now. Service managers coming out with the techs to try and upsell the next big sale is ridiculous, and this company needs reported to the BBB and the attorney general for being a scammer strategy nowadays. I'd trust a solar company sales rep before these guys.
