Eli Lilly & Company review: Mounjaro pen and how to you tube video

I am writing you this message to let you all know how displeased I am with your company, you all let me down. I called your customer service on February 27,2026 of an incident that I had with my medication

Mounjaro I had just received it but did not know how to use the pen. I got on YouTube to see how to inject myself. I found the site and in the video I watch to see what to do. In the video it said for first time you need to prime the pen to remove air bubbles. It showed how to prime, that was after step 4 it said that there was enough medication in pen to prime. So I went on to the step, but as I pressed the

button on the injector pen instead of shooting some of medication the whole medication came out of the pen, box came with a 4 dose pen one to be used once a week. So I will be missing a week for the month because since medication came out from priming, I had to use a second pen. When I called customer service to tell them what happened I offered to pay to get another pen to make up for this month so I can use and not miss a week of medication.

I received a call from a representative on Monday Morning and I explained to him what had happened. Afterwards, it sounded like it was my fault after watching that stupid video the medicine shot out of pen. He wasn't helpful at all and since I can't buy another pen you all let me down, with all the money your company makes you all can't send me one dang pen of Mounjaro !
