El Dorado Furniture review: Sales manager and salesman comittments are worthless

With the purchase of several rooms of furniture. The bedroom bed was incomplete and when asked to collaborate allowed items to be left at home.
Due to delay we opted with the salesman o change to another set. Salesman said that since we were upgrading there would not be any more delivery fees. He lied, the manager would not investigate and insisted on charging. The additional item was a sofa/bed which saleslady offered with the catalog. She said it had a mattress but instead only had a hard surface. Spoke with Managers Luis and Ernesto who agreed to let us exchange it for one with folding mattress and since lady had sold it without knowing the product we would not be charged additional delivery. Again lies and whenever You call they are never around to answer. Always in meetings etc. Now looking at all the complaints by other customers makes us sad to fall in line for taken.
