I purchased 4 eero Pro's for a high speed home WIFI. I was so happy with the system, I ordered two more devices to improve my wireless cable performance.
I discovered ATT U-verse was not compatible with eero. I couldn't find any information on how to return the devices in my package or on the website so, I contacted customer service. I traded emails with Réamonn (eero Customer Support). he asked all f the typical questions..
Why.. Where.. Etc.
I answered his questions and he hasn't returned any of my 19 emails since. He turned a happy customer into a former customer.
