I ordered earrings after reading your full refund policy. It didn't say you'd issue store credit only, NOT the original payment if the item was bought on sale. My earrings were dark color with black lines underneath resembling a small dirty poluted pond with black fishes swiming under. Once I returned the item, you didn't return calls nor emails for 90 days till my attorney called. Only then you replied that my return was processed for store credit but NO refund to my Paypal account. This seems is a blatant dishonesty targeting innocent shoppers who can't afford to hire lawyers to fight. I'm 81 years old and the gift was from my 90 years old husband what may be his last Valentine gift. I'm stressed enough over this to have a heart attack. Please reply ASAP with fairness, and honesty.
