Hi there welcome to Edwin Coe LLP Nick Neocleous story, This story started in February 2009 when a bailiff company contacted me demanding money for driving through the Congestion charging zone on October 7th 2008 in a Red Citroen Car. Allegedly Transport for London issued a ticket to pay £60.00 I never received this ticket. It rolled onto February and Equita Ltd the bailiff company from hell were on the case.

I received a letter demanding payment, My wife first of all called them but they refused to speak to her saying the bill was not hers, she called to save me stress.

When I called I got slagged off for being stupid and told if I have a complaint put it in writing.

I did what they said and wanting to sort this out quickly I called back the next day. all I got were hang ups and rude comments. later that day my daughter answers the phone to someone called Paul Saunders who threatened my 9 year old daughter that her toys were going to be taken off her by the bailiffs because her daddy was stupid.

Calls were then made and substantiated that Paul Saunders was a manager at the Equita Ltd call centre, I got to speak to this vile man who then said he would not accept my correspondence because I was stupid and there was a spelling error in the email. He confirmed that the bailiffs were going to attend my property to collect goods to be sold at auction.

When I told they would not be allowed in because of the 12ft wall and steel gate with a padlock he stated that locksmiths would be used to remove the locks.

I confirmed that Guard Dogs were patrolling and there was correct signage indicating this. he then stated that if his bailiffs got hurt they would have my dogs put down.

My car was broke into the next day and certain documents taken out of it.

Mr Whetstone then came and listened to several calls. and he also spoke to them and found out how nasty these people were. He went away and wrote a website called Equita.org.uk

I eventually got to speak to a director who basically told a pack of lies saying that he wanted to resolve this issue. but didn’t.

I received a letter stating that my website Equita.org.uk was defamatory of his client the letter was from Nick Neoclous who was now demanding that I remove the site and pay damages and apologies for it.

I responded with its not my site and so the story begins of how Nick Neoclous has a fascination beyond all reasonable thinking that he would bring me down with his lawsuit.

Bad Biz was born because of Nick Neoclous and his behavior which I now firmly believe that he has a irrational hatred of me. this will be the next story.

It is pretty clear from the case that Edwin Coe LLP Lawyer Nick Neocleous brought against me is that he has an irrational hatred of me,

Was this because I defended the case that he falsely lodged against me?

Or because I challenged him like no other?

One thing I have made sure is that everything I have promised I have come through with. In relation to this just do a simple Google Search of the company name and his name ie. Edwin Coe LLP Nick Neocleous you will see that my website is more powerful than the company website they have.

Edwin Coe’s next step should be to start looking at damage limitation as it wont be long before my website overtakes their crummy little effort and then I will get all their traffic.

Hi & welcome in this blog we are going through Edwin Coe LLP Nick Neocleous statements to prove the lies. In the first instance his name is not Nick, his name is Neoclis I can understand why he does not want to use his real name as putting it together with his last name I have to be honest is a bit of a mouthful.

His real name as depicted in court documents is Neoclis Neocleous my advice to him if he wants to change his name legally is something called a deed poll or you could quite simply make a statutory declaration if you know all the legal jargon to go with it Nick or Neoclis or whatever your name is.

Now Nick is apparently short for Nicholas and what is short for Neoclis is Neo,

Obviously Nick or Neoclis is torn apart between the two names probably he comes from a strict upbringing where no-one in his family have ever changed their name so he needs to do his change subtly to look more friendly to the UK public.

Anyway now lets have a look at his statement as when it comes down to it in legal matters he is no longer Nick. He further states that this is a statement of true to the best of his knowledge well we will see from the following pages the truth a Nick or Neoclis. But that is pretty easy to say if you ignore the truth isn’t it Nick or Neoclis?

Now these so called experts in law at Edwin Coe LLP do not have the same in reference to their website as currently it is pretty vulnerable to say the least. www.edwincoe.com is the website. Was the experts that Nick Neocleous or should I say Neoclis Neocleous the same that built this website they have?

Its using a Plesk Handler to produce a 404 error page in respect of a link to Jim Calverly’s page which has obviously been removed.

IF you look at the details correctly you will notice that this website is open to all sorts of abuse, including simple hacks. And these are Edwin Coe LLP’s experts, what a joke.

This is so funny that David Greene wants to make a class action lawsuit out of the Volcano Scenario, BadBiz was affected by this scenario and Damn David I want to sue, but who are we supposed to be suing? God? The Volcano? Mother Earth?

Infront of a Judge today, I asked the question is Neoclis Neocleous statement lies or was he just plain stupid? I now understand the reason why this alledged top lawyer from Edwin Coe never completed his Vexatious litigation against me. The picture is starting to unveil its self.

Lets have a little think here, Apparently Nick is either a lier about a page he mentioned in his lawsuit being on the website they were claiming was defamatory or he was simply to stupid to understand what a HTML hyperlink really is.

Moving onto the next subject Nick, lets refer to what is called an image link. I will post a picture that is on your webpage it’s the one with your mush in it. You may not be aware Nick but you cannot prove something by screenshot alone.

To prove it is on the website itself and not posted anywhere else you need to do some further checks, these usually take a few seconds, but I guess you wanted to save your client some money their Nick or did you want to save the guilty party some money. you would have saved them tops £0.50 in time but cost them thousands in a waste of time court case. Good thinking there Nick anyway lets make it easy for Nick and show him in real slow speed that it would have only took 30 seconds tops to find out where the image was located.

As you know if you read BadBiz we research all the claims and allegations made on the website. Other websites may or may not employ this tactic. recently though BadBiz is going through a lawsuit which actually started the site and which it has exposed the tactics of a Bailiff company and the law firm who like making false claims.

We read with disappointment that the Law Society does not like websites that protect and serve the public but want to label the writers as criminals. We BadBiz support the Solicitor from Hell website owner Rick Kordowski in his claim for libel and will even attend court as a witness to what it is like on the other side of the coin with some of the UK’s worst law firms . In is claim for slander The Law Society will seek to strike out the calim which is being sought against chief executive Desmond Hudson by the owner of the Solicitors from Hell website, it said today.

Site owner Rick Kordowski has filed a claim in the High Court in relation to a comment that he alleges was made by Hudson to one individual when exiting the BBC on 21 July. A Law Society spokesman said: ‘Rick Kordowski has confirmed to us that he does intend to issue proceedings against Desmond Hudson for slander.

‘Liability is completely denied and if proceedings are issued we will apply to strike them out.’ Kordowski’s claim form states the amount of damages claimed as £1m.

In separate proceedings, the Society sent a letter of claim to Kordowski last month, as it prepared to launch an action against him for defamation, harassment and breach of data protection. Kordowski denies the allegations.

Last month the Gazette reported that a solicitor has filed a bankruptcy petition against Kordowski after he failed to pay damages ordered by the court in a successful libel case against him.

In my opinion you will never stop websites such as BadBiz from exposing the truth, it’s amazing how quickly the law firms and Law Society join ranks and anyway what is the law society playing at going to the BBC and issuing lawsuits for and behalf of solicitors?

We will keep track of what goes on in this story. All though I do not agree with libeling someone the real truth should always be exposed.

Hi and Welcome to the blog in this one I get the rather unfriendly email from Edwin Coe not even my name in the email just see attached, I must have ruffled some feathers over at Edwin Coe in London as they would sooner spend almost £9, 000 trying to defend a case than paying out the totally legitimate £3, 000 they should be paying me.

So what is it really all about you ask?

Well lets compare it to a football game with Edwin Coe in London and me in Newport Edwin Coe are obviously a premier league teams with loads of money. me on the other hand like a non league team. Well the Newport team played the away game in London and won, now its time for the home game and the London team will stop at nothing spending a small fortune on Top Class Barristers (Players) to save the embarrassment of such a defeat.
The problem is it is already embarrassing you, the country has rallied around the Non League team in the hopes of knocking the giant from its perch in the Cup match.

To be one of the most respected law firms in your field of expertise you actually need to win your courtcases, trying to get cases thrown out on technicalities is a complete and utter farce, If Edwin Coe was anything of a lawfirm that they quote, why not deal with the case upon its merits.

One thing is for sure Edwin Coe I will be at court on the 7th September 2011 with my evidence, No matter what happens in the court room you will lose as all it will give me if I do lose is more resolve to keep the fight against you going forever.

If as you claim in your court documents, my website is Libellous why not take a court action against me for it. I will prove time and time again that I am willing to challenge you for the rest of my life. Your client upset my daughter and with that in mind you upset my baby.

Until the day when my daughter asks me not to deal with you will be the time when I stop, considering you and your client refused by ignorance to apologise then I think it will go on forever and ever.

Hi and welcome to the blog, As any avid reader of the blog will know that Edwin Coe is into a bit of intimidation this time with its costs. Edwin Coe brought a meritless and Vexatious piece of litigation against me for allegedly defaming its client Equita Ltd the Bailiff company which had already been fined for forcing its way into a families home in Croydon. The story first written by Gemma Wheatley of the Croydon Guardian aired its way around the Internet.

What really surprises me though how can a company and even a Edwin Coe law firm ever state truthfully that a picture of a person depicted as forcing his way into someones home is libelous if they already lost a case in court in relation to it.

Now I did not make the picture, make the website or even write on it and latterly I had no control over the person that did. But hey they wanted £100, 000 from me for the privilege of helping them remove anything that was misleading that the guy wrote.

What a penalty. £100, 000 it’s a shame that the clueless Edwin Coe lawyer Neoclis Neocleous didn’t do his research.

I am wondering now after receiving correspondence what this case is all about.

Lets look at some of the points,

1. Edwin Coe lawyer Neoclis Neocleous does not either bother to do or does not have the capability to do any Internet research or he is trying to save his client (Equita Ltd) money.
2. He blames the wrong person, me and caused me and my family months of anxiety and also caused me to lose a contract and cost me time and money doing research.
3. They do not proceed with their case against me purely because of my defence.
4. They pursue the other person basically because he was guilty and he is no match for them and does not bother to turn up in court.
5. They offer the guilty person a stay on the costs, if he can then get me to accept the stay. (Apparently they sympathise with a guilty person)
6. I refuse to accept the stay based on the fact that I have lost out
7. My name remains on a case I was not guilty of.
8. I issue a pre-action notice but they ignore it.
9. I issue proceedings only to recover the costs that I could purely prove an amount of £3, 000
10. They defend the case based on an abuse of process.
11. They claim their costs are £8, 655.50

apparently they are going to use the services of one Mr Gwydion Hughes (1994) who in all purposes is a Barrister, Does this show a level of desperation on the part of Edwin Coe? Is this a do or die for them?

Now I have nothing against Mr Hughes and he will only be doing the job he was given, I just hope that he is prepared to tell the truth.
