This is in reference to store #1672 and order #W1011341345-1. The order was falsely marked as delivered on 5/11/2025 at 6:16pm. The delivery vehicle parked outside of the recipient's residence and left without delivering the order. The recipient confirmed they did not receive the order. I notified the store about this. A "proof of delivery" photo was sent, which clearly showed the order was not left at the residence.
Claimed loss: $56.40
Desired outcome: Refund the full amount paid to the card used for the order.
