EasyComforts review: No negative reviews allowed at EasyComforts!

I have been an EasyComforts customer for decades, and have learned to never buy any electrical device from them, and NEVER to try to give a negative review or question. Reviews always finish with a "final step, email validation." THIS EMAIL NEVER COMES if the review or question is negative, yet the purchase acknowledgement DOES always come immediately for a near-simultaneous transaction! No, it does not get lost in the Spam Filter! Evidently I am on a blacklist there, as I cannot succeed even with a GOOD review.
