EasyComforts Beware of them. Will sign you up for something you didn’t request.

I ordered 2 pair os socks from them. Noticed they had been taking $16.95 our of my account 6 months. Said I signed up for a vip program. I DID NOT. Why would I pay $16.95 a month to them just to get 10% off? They are a rip off co. Will either get my refund or will file a charge back on them. BEWARE if you order from them. I did not join any kind of program.

Recommendation: BEWARE.

EasyComforts Shady and Fraudulent: My Experience with EasyComforts

So, I was looking at my bank account and saw a charge from this company called EasyComforts. I was like, "What the heck is this?" I never even heard of them before. So, I called them up to ask what was going on. This foreign person with a really thick accent answered the phone and asked me for my credit card number. I was like, "Uh, no way!" I mean, who knows what they would do with that information? I think this company is totally shady and fraudulent. They're just trying to scam people out of their hard-earned money. Stay away from them!

EasyComforts Disappointing Experience with EasyComforts: Missing Parts and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered some stuff from EasyComforts and boy was I disappointed. They took my money and sent me the merchandise, but guess what? It was missing some parts! I mean, how am I supposed to use a rollator without bolts and nuts? It's not safe at all! I tried to contact customer service, but let me tell you, it was like talking to a brick wall. I've been waiting for over a month now and still no parts. Every time I call, I just get the run around. It's so frustrating! I wouldn't recommend dealing with these jerks. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

EasyComforts Terrible Experience with EasyComforts: Multiple Mistakes and Hidden Fees

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with EasyComforts. I mean, I can handle one mistake from the credit department, but when it happens twice, that's just too much. And don't even get me started on the third time - there are no words for how frustrated I was.

But that's not even the worst part. See, they don't tell you that putting a payment on your credit card is gonna cost you an extra 5 bucks. Nope, instead they put it on your card as a cash advance, which means you're gonna get hit with even higher interest rates. Like, seriously? Who does that?

Honestly, I've never dealt with a place as bad as this. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend EasyComforts to anyone.

EasyComforts Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with EasyComforts

I recently bought a clock from EasyComforts, but unfortunately, the quality was not up to par. I decided to return it and called customer service to request a prepaid UPS return label. However, I was informed that I would have to pay for postage myself. This was quite disappointing and frustrating, as I had expected better service from this company.

After this experience, I have decided that I will not be ordering from EasyComforts, Miles Kimble, or Walter Drake again. It seems that they are all part of the same outfit, and I do not want to risk being ripped off again. I am cancelling all of my accounts with them.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with EasyComforts. The poor quality of the clock and the lack of customer service have left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy products.

EasyComforts Disappointing Experience with EasyComforts: Overpriced Shipping and Unwanted VIP Membership Charge

So, I went on EasyComforts website and bought a knee brace. I wasn't too happy about paying 44 dollars for shipping, but I needed it. A week later, I saw another charge of 18.31 on my bank account. I was confused because I never signed up for a VIP membership. I tried calling the number my bank gave me, but nobody answered. I was so frustrated that I had to dispute the charge. It was a real headache.

On top of that, the knee brace was not good quality. I was disappointed with my purchase. I suggest you don't waste your time with EasyComforts. Just throw away that magazine they send you and find a better place to shop.

EasyComforts Poor Sales Tactics and Annoying Service at EasyComforts

So, I was on the phone with EasyComforts to place my order. I told the person taking my order that I only wanted the one thing, but they kept trying to sell me other stuff that was on sale. I kept saying no, but they wouldn't stop. It got really annoying, so I just cancelled my order and hung up. The service was pretty bad, if you ask me.

EasyComforts Unethical Billing Practices: My Disappointing Experience with EasyComforts

I had a really bad experience with EasyComforts. They took money from my account without asking me first. I didn't sign up for any kind of subscription, but they still charged me. I called to cancel my subscription, but they didn't put it in the computer. When I asked them about it, they said that I never called to cancel. I'm really upset that they charged me anyway, and I won't be getting a refund. It's really frustrating when companies don't listen to their customers.

I had a pretty bad experience with EasyComforts. They kept my money for more than a week because my address didn't match my credit card. I was really frustrated and called to check on my order. The representative told me that my order didn't go through, but I couldn't understand why they held my money for so long. It was unacceptable, especially because I needed compression for my wounds and had to wait a week and a half to get my money refunded from an order that didn't even go through. I never received the product I ordered, and I won't be using EasyComforts again.

EasyComforts Unfair Shipping and Handling Charges for EasyComforts Lap Tray - A Review

My mom got herself a lap tray from EasyComforts for $11.99. But when she got the bill, she saw that they charged her $7.99 for SHIPPING and another $3.99 for " Handling ". That's a total of $12.98 just for shipping and handling! I mean, come on, that's almost as much as the tray itself!

I looked it up on Amazon and found the same tray for the same price, but with FREE SHIPPING. I called EasyComforts customer service to ask why they charged so much for shipping and handling, and they told me that my mom didn't spend enough money for them to give her a discount on shipping. That's just not right.

It seems like they're taking advantage of the elderly, who might not know any better. I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know on social media about this, and I'm going to let the assisted living facility where my mom lives know about this too. It's just not fair to treat people like this.

EasyComforts EasyComforts.com: Hidden Fees and Unauthorized Charges - A Cautionary Review

I recently made a purchase on EasyComforts.com for $34.59. I was excited to receive my order, but was disappointed to see that they charged me an additional $2.99 for "handling" and $7.99 for shipping. I decided to return the item and was charged another $7.99 for the return shipping. This was all charged to my credit card, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, I was charged $14.95 for their "rewards" program without my authorization. This charge appeared on my credit card as a "cash advance," which resulted in my credit card company charging me an additional $10.50 for the cash advance. I was not happy about this at all.

I feel like EasyComforts is taking advantage of elderly and special needs individuals who may not be as savvy with online shopping. It's important to be aware of these extra charges and to read the fine print before making a purchase. I would caution others to be careful when shopping on this site.
