On 8/24/2021, I went into Eastern Dental in Howell, NJ to start the process to get Implants. I was advised the whole process should about take a year. I made many appointments to have the procedures completed, had 6 teeth pulled and the healing process started, In October 2021 I was told come in for impressions to get my temporary teeth until my permanent teeth come in, I was told it should take 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I called and was told they are not in yet, I waited another week still not in, Finally I got my temporary teeth in after several fittings which took 3 weeks so the fake teeth would fit, In June 2022 my fake teeth broke, Went to dentist they fixed it and left 2 hours they broke and could not be fix, The doctor told me since permanent teeth were going to be in, They did not fix or replace the fake teeth, I was told the permanent teeth should be in 2 weeks, after 2 months they still have not come in, Finally September 2022 I was told to come in the teeth are in the office. I went in and the teeth did not fit, the office had to take another impression and must wait again. I was told the teeth will be in the office and made an appointment for October 15th, I decided to called October 13 to make sure the teeth were in and was told No and they want me to come in for impression again, I came in October 15 called October 27th now told 3 more weeks, still waiting, I feel I have been getting the run around. This must stop I have no teeth and can't eat solid foods. I have anxiety and sick to my stomach. I spoke to the office and Doctor no one cares. I need help, this whole procedure is costing me a lot of money and I am getting no satisfaction. I would like this to be fix permanently, this whole process is taking over 1 ½ years.
Desired outcome: I want my implants now, if not I want to be reimbursed for the whole amount, I would like a response
I got 5 implants and 18 veneer caps for a smile change in a year and it was all done in Egypt with 2 week period twice over a year. And they are 10th of the price. Eastern dental bridges didn’t last me 4 years and all broke.
