My complaint is about E-Z Acceptance Builders Inc. I don’t think the whole company is bad. I am not sure in that. But the staff is awful and the way they do business is unacceptable. Rude and incompetent staff can’t lead the company to success.
Strange..EZ Is the BEST..home depot and a private contractor came to give a price for a Bathroom on the 1st floor due to losing the ability to..walk..climb stairs..and by basically being worthless anymore.. well Home Depot price was a measly 51, 000 dollars..Private contractor...37, 000..ez builder...17, 500 dollars..WOW..what a deal...well..I had them here again yesterday..again I did due diligence and got 3 other prices...17k..12k...18k...and ez...8, 00 dollars...a COMPLETE tear off..3 layers..very old house..all the Wood underneath was rotted due to water damage..REPLACED..also I have a porch upstairs that 100 years ago was a balcony...well it looks bad SO..they included covering that up AND replacing same color vinyl siding..on the one side of home a big access panel was there..looked bad so..yep..they covered over AND... the ceiling on my porch they will cover with same siding for ceilings forget the name...ALL FOR 8K..and DONE in one day!..tonight, they will be here to price a wheelchair ramp as falling sucks..lol..anyhow there is NONE better.
I had a great experience with EZ Acceptance Builders. There staff was very informative, polite, and did a great job remodeling my house. My bathroom was finished on time and I have had many compliments from friends and family.
