DX Engineering is the bomb! They got all the stuff you need for Ham Radio and more. I always find what I'm looking for and the prices are totally reasonable. Plus, their delivery is super fast. I never have to wait long to get my hands on the gear I need. DX Engineering is definitely my go-to for all my radio needs. They never let me down.

So, we ordered from DXEngineering last month and we're not too sure what's going on. It seems like they took our money and disappeared! We've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they just won't respond. We're getting pretty frustrated and just want our money back. It's not fair that we paid for something and didn't receive it. We hope they can fix this soon. Our order number is *** and we're still waiting for a response.

I gotta say, DX Engineering is pretty darn cool. I've bought a couple things from them and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The site is pretty easy to use, but I gotta say, it could be a little more mobile friendly. I mean, I'm not a tech wizard or anything, but I think it could use a little work in that department.

But overall, I'm really happy I found this site. And get this - there's an actual physical store! Can you believe it? I mean, it's only an hour away from me, so I'm definitely gonna have to check it out one of these days. I'm pretty new to Ham Radio, so this place is like my Graceland, you know what I mean?

I had a really bad experience trying to buy an amplifier from DXEngineering. The first unit I received was completely smashed due to the terrible packaging. I reached out to them and asked them to package the item better, but it took a really long time for them to send out another unit. When the second unit finally arrived, it was packaged just as poorly as the first one and they didn't have any more units available. It's frustrating to see large corporations taking over most industries in our country because there's no owner overseeing that things are done right. I'm now stuck with what I got because they couldn't be bothered to use a couple extra pieces of tape and foam on a $4000 amp. It's just nuts.

Me and my sis, we've spent a lot of cash at DXEngineering and they're the bomb! Their customer service is top-notch, super friendly and helpful. They don't rush you and answer all your questions with a smile. Shipping is fast and the prices are reasonable. The products are solid and made with quality materials. They package everything up real nice with thick bubble wrap and double box the electronics. The outer box is taped up real good too. I can't say enough good things about this store. Troy and David from Tech Support are the real deal. They know their stuff and their products. I highly recommend this company!

Ordered a power supply for my ham radio from DXEngineering's website on January 25th, 2020. The website stated that it would ship around February 9th, so I was eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, on February 9th, I received an email stating that the shipment would be delayed until February 15th. I was disappointed but understood that delays can happen.

When February 15th rolled around, I decided to call and check on the status of my order. The customer service representative informed me that it should ship on February 23rd. I marked my calendar and waited patiently for the new date to arrive. However, when I called on the 23rd, I was told that the power supply wouldn't be in until the end of March. This was frustrating, especially since the website still stated that it would ship on March 10th.

I couldn't understand why they were still accepting orders when they couldn't even fulfill the ones they already had. When I expressed my frustration, they offered to cancel my order and refund my money. I appreciated the gesture, but it was frustrating that they were holding onto my money indefinitely while they couldn't fulfill the order.

Overall, my experience with DXEngineering was disappointing. While I understand that delays can happen, it was frustrating that they couldn't fulfill their orders and still accepted new ones. I hope that they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
