All American Masonry and Sweeps, they repaired my parent's chimney that had been leaking. They came out quickly, assessed the situation, and provided them with a quote. The work was done quickly and efficiently. You would never have known they were there, their clean up was phenomenal. Everyone that came out was professional and extremely helpful. The quality of the work done was superior. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I hired All American Masonry and Sweeps in November to rebuild my chimney that had been leaking for years, try as I might I could not fix it myself. Their crew was polite, clean, on time, and very professional. This November 2022, a chimney sweeper pointed out a flaw in the surface of the apron that must have occurred during the rebuild. I contacted All American Masonry and Sweeps about it and he was out to repair it within a week, did an excellent job. I would recommend them for any masonry job. All American Masonry and Sweeps exceeded my expectations and provided top-notch service.

Our experience with this company was a very positive one. The owner and his crew were very friendly yet professional. The customer service from Sarah at the office was always a pleasant, helpful experience too. Once they started the job, they stayed on it until it was completed. They always came when they said they were coming and called if any changes. We really appreciated that as they never left us hanging. Also, they worked very efficiently, never left a mess and did an awesome job on our sidewalk! We highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed. Thank you All American Masonry! I entirely agree with the other comments on the quality of the work and the communication and organization. We have a 2-story house and a very steep roof. Just getting to the top of the chimney is well beyond people like me with vertigo. During a service call to do routine maintenance on the flue, they discovered (and showed me pictures) that the interior of the top part of our chimney needed some serious renovation. The work required 2 sessions (a crew of 2 one day and a crew of 3 a couple of days later) and some pretty impressive scaffolding. I was impressed by how professionally (and safely) they went about the job, how respectful of our home, deck, and garden they were, and how comfortable and easy it was to communicate with the team and both of the 2 crews that did the work. I have recommended them to a close friend in the neighborhood and would recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Very satisfied with whole experience. They showed up for estimate when they said they would. We signed a contract using on line format. Very user friendly. When I e-mailed to see if we were still on for our scheduled date, they got back to me the same day. Great customer service. On time, on budget, great work. Masons nowadays are difficult to hire in Western MA for a chimney rebuild. There seems to be a shortage in the trade, giving the few their pick of jobs. I've had several come to my house, say they'll get back with me, never to be heard from again. Most mentioned access and roof pitch concerns. I then discovered All American Masonry. Adam met with me to discuss in detail the chimney rebuild from roofline up. Unlike all others, he stayed in touch, arrived with Danny on the designated day, and did a fantastic job. Not only does the new chimney, crown and cap look great, the ground work area was left without a trace of debris. Adam and Danny were friendly and hard working. No doubt it was a tough job -- one that, for whatever reason, disinterested other masons -- but they came through and got it done and with very satisfying results. I highly recommend All American Masonry.
