Dreams Vacanza Travels and Tourism Company review: Payment not received

DREAMS VACANZA TRAVELS AND TOURISM COMPANY called in November 2022 saying your voucher number have won free gift. Come along with your spouse to HOTEL FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON, PRODUCTION CITY. Salesman gives form to fill up and then explains the family packages valid for four to five years with 45 to 35 days of Holidays. We told him we need to discuss and think and tell you in 2 or 3 days but said this is valid only for today. Forced to take the package with lots of promises which till date not done. Paid amount 12, 500AED nothing is done, no calls attending, no emails answering, no reply to messages. Its now 4months. Please help us get our money back. Thank you
