I have been in my home 2 going on 3 months the sprinkler started leaking there was a seal coming out of the brass pipe took sprinkler 1 week to come out put the piece in and said couldnt fix I had to pay because it froze? Covered in wrap and a stone and w I was told when I reported it they dont fix freeze and was given a handbook I said nothing about system freezing. When they came out they saw the problem and said not sure we can fix might have to replace it no cracks anywhere 2 dr reps said this was warranty and to call not happy

They’re dodging responsibility — get their warranty policy in writing and escalate with corporate. If they refuse, document everything and take legal action. Builder warranties are often weak, but pressure and persistence can force them to act.
