Watch out if you are seeking to buy here. These homes are being built real fast and this area is prone to sinkholes. The quality it not good but they do not care they just want to sell and keep moving.
Many sink hole in this area. This location is cslked Odessa but it's right next door to land o lakes. Read about the houses that were swallowed up two years ago. If you don't mind sinkholes then buy here. Very very shabby construction. And the sales people are oblivious. You've been warned.
