I bought a bunch of stuff from Dover Saddlery Inc on May 20, Order # ***. It cost me $106.17. But here's the thing - they sent it to my old address! One thing already got delivered through FedEx on May 27. The other stuff should be coming tomorrow, May 29. I tried to change the delivery spot with FedEx, but they said only Dover Saddlery could do it. I asked Dover Saddlery to help me out today, but they said they couldn't do it.

So like, I been tryna get my refunds from Dover for like, everrrr. I placed three orders, and one of them was returned like early in July. But like, it's been 22 dang business days and no refund. I talked to them a buncha times, but they not doin' nothin' 'bout it. And then I got two more orders that I sent back on 7/26, and I still ain't seen no money from those either. It's like over $300, man, and I need it back now. Plus, they need to update their return policy 'cause it don't match what they say on their website. It ain't cool to be deceivin' people like that.

I buyed stuff from Dover Saddlery's website. The site was pretty messed up and sometimes it didn't work right. I ordered something that was supposed to cost $43.13, but then they charged me two times - the first time it was $47.92 and the second time it was $43.13. They gave me two confirmations for the same stuff but different prices. I called them up and talked to Sandy, who said she would cancel the expensive one because it was wrong and maybe because of my USEF discount. But then I found out the next day that they didn't cancel anything and they charged me for four things instead of two - it looked like they charged me both the cheaper and more expensive price for both items. So I called again and this time I talked to Dahlia, who said she would cancel the orders. Then I got two emails that said two things were cancelled, but the next day I got two emails that said two things were shipped. And they said again they wouldn't charge me, but then the money came out of my account tonight.

Then, on 10/12/22, I returned something that cost $523.69, but customer service took a long time and didn't send a return confirmation email. They refunded $423.69 on 11/17/22, but I got confused when I found out that I was refunded $100 less than what I paid. Dover Saddlery didn't state anywhere that I would not get a full refund if I used the gift card, which is shady and not cool. I asked for another $100 refund to make up for it.
