I am posting this in shock at the level of service and knowledge at dotsure. I submitted my monthly claim for both my dogs arthiritis. Only to be notified that it was cancelled and a claim paid out under number 32 submitted in 2023 to be told that my limits are exhausted. I have annual limits paying a monthly premium for both dogs. I am told limits are not renewed but I continue to pay the premium. Please can someone look into my policy. One is sent from pillar to post to assist.
