I ordered two of the same dress in different sizes. They sent me an email saying if I planned to send one back that I can only order one and they would hold my order for 48 hours. I emailed them requesting to cancel the order. This was in early June, it is now the end of July and they took my payment which was over $600.00 and have not sent a dress and are ignoring every single request I have made for a refund.
