Walter Johnson went above and beyond in helping me with a very difficult situation. SSA sent me a pretty substantial overpayment notice and cessation to my disability that put a heavy burden on my family and that I was totally blindsided by. This man is amazing he actually cares about people! He is a lawyer all day and then makes informative videos to help individuals with disabilities. He understands individuals without financial resources and has innovative ideas on how to improve the entire system. If I was in Florida and needed a lawyer, I would use him 100%. I was just browsing online platforms about disability and watched several videos of various disability attorneys. Walter stood out not just talking at you but talking with you and your situation. I am a client of Walters. I found him completely by accident on Google while searching for other things. He is the best accident that's ever happened to me! Walter is a Pit-bull when it comes to fighting for his clients! He catches everything, every detail and won't let you slip through the cracks. I spoke with Walter today about the appeal process since I was denied my intitial disability application. I has actually emailed him last night and by this evening he had called me. He is super responsive and ridiculously knowledgeable! I feel blessed to have him look over my case for any insights he can give me to help me have a better chance of winning my appeal. He is very down to earth and super smart! He doesn't talk to you in a way that makes you feel like an idiot. Instead, he is blunt and to the point ...but has great manners while doing so.
