This team is amazing! They take the Veteran seriously, by explaining the process, detailing everything out front about the associated costs, what to expect, what to do, etc. They completely address ALL the Veterans concerns, provide step by step directions for the process of submitting required documentation to the VA for service related disabilities, and their professional anticipated outcome. They periodically call and check to see how you're doing and inform you of the next steps to take, if needed. My time for settlement was anticipated to be six months but only took four, from beginning to end. AMAZING. I could have never done it without my coordinator! My experience with this team far surpassed my expectations and I would strongly encourage ALL Veterans to seek advice/assistance from this company/team. You really have nothing to lose and so much to gain! My review is 5+ stars!

I would like to commend Carlos R. for the excellent service that he has provided for me. I was hesitant about using Vets-Assisting-Vets because of the fees that they charge. Vets-Assisting-Vets LLC is amazing. Though the process took about a year, it was well worth it. Carlos made sure that I had female providers which was key for me due to past traumas, but it's probably what slowed down how fast everything could be done and processed. I am 100% fine with that! Carlos made sure I stayed on task without being pushy, which was awesome because he didn't add any stress to what is already a stressful situation. I submitted my claim exactly how he instructed me to and I had my decision (which ended up being an increase) the next day. I went from 60% to 100% P&T. It's been a long battle with the VA, but now it's over and it's thanks to the help from Vets-Assisting-Vets LLC!
