I have found Damien Tansey and Company to be incompetent, a rip-off, and a waffler. This man pocketed EUR2, 000 from my wife for 'a no win no fee' claim. My wife was initially told she would not be liable for any costs but Tansey then changed this. Damien Tansey's predatory tactics screwed my wife out of EUR2, 000. This man is NOT to be trusted for his word. He will lie to your face and con you out of money. Clients should AVOID Damien tansey solicitors at all costs...
