I got a phone call the other day saying that they are a Direat Finance uk ltd. Saying that they will accept me for a 1000 pound loan. They asked for my bank details in whice i through it was for a credit check. The thing is i had a look at my online banking and there 49.99 taken out by Direat Finance uk ltd. The thing is now am -49.99 and going to get bank changers. Went i was on the phone to them they didnt say anything bout a fee. I have not made any agreement to them to take the money out of my bank. Now am 49.99 sort a single mother on benefits.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Had to transfer 100pounds to them threatened to close my bank account and stop all my pension and take me to court for feeding for a loan is never received

I was contacted by phone from UK FINANCE LIMITED, they offered me a loan and before they borrow me money they ask me to bye 3 V vouchers(VISA VOUCHERS), 2 of 80 pounds each, and give them the vouchers AC code number to activate, and transfer the money to them. After that they ask me to pay the tax of the amount they should borrow me, before they do the transaction to my account (because we need to declare the amount to government) they said.
So they ask me for more 4 vouchers of 3V, with 90 pounds each in total 360 pounds, and after that the money will be in your account in 5 minutes, (they said), I told them that i don't got that amount in moment, so, they ask me to do 2 vouchers of 100 pounds each, after that they didn't send the money to my account, because is suppose I pay 360 in vouchers and i just sent 200 so 160 was left, and they said that one of the vouchers I first sent of 80 pounds, was not working, was invalid..I get really angry and i told them to stop my application and refund my money and they said that will take 3 months. It happened very recently in 4/09/2013. So i don't know what to do to get my money back or the identity that i can contact to complain or for help.
The government have to look this company and track down who ever doing this and jail
Its just too stressing honestly.

NCC Trading Standards raid on Pill finance company
Newport Trading Standards has evidence that 235 complaints have been made by consumers UK-wide regarding the company Direct FinanceUK Limited, which is based in Pill, Newport.
It is believed the business has received income in excess of £880, 000 between May 2008 and October 2009. Newport Trading Standards has strong evidence, including statements of witness from victims, of various criminal activities including: false claims made during telephone calls, false company details, non-licensed credit and obstruction.
On Thursday 28 January 2010, Newport Trading Standards and Gwent Police carried out searches on each of the five company directors' homes, and uniformed police officers visited the two office premises in Pill to interview staff.
This was a necessary procedure to obtain evidence to support a prosecution case against unfair commercial trading practices and fraud, to disrupt an Organised Crime Group from operating across Wales and the UK and to gather intelligence in relation to the Organised Crime Group to share with the relevant agencies.

I've also recently applied for a loan from here. I had to pay a fee of 49.99 which i wasnt aware of but i received all the paperwork within several weeks and have already received the loan. However when my friend applied for a loan theere it took a few weeks longer. I think it depends on the amount you borrow from them, but if your worried I think they have a direct customer service number that you can contact them on. Anyway best of luck guys :D
I have had the same thing recently! I have put off my rent and incurred £80 costs for court costs. I was going to sort this out with the loan they offered! Now im F!**. They are going to get hunted by myself, the Ombardsman, trading standards, financial institute and all are going to get a piece of this! I aint having it!
1 month now ive been after getting back the 50 quid that direct finance took from me
spend hours and hours on hold i even rang at 9am and was on hold till they closed at 6pm! thats how bollocks they are and im sorry for my language but it bloody true
think of all the people theyve taken an "administration fee" off £50 x 100= 5000 x1000 = [protected] = 500000 well theres half a million quid if they scam 10000 peope a nifty tip isnt it?

it happened to me and my missus said it was for credit chek then toook the money even after we cancelled the card they got the card no and not the a/c and sort code we are on benefits being disabled and the bank again said they would not refund the money as it was a BIG company they honorred the payment even tho the card was cancelled yes i said cancelled and the bank honored it but hell that was in may we tried ringin and 4hrs on hold wat can we do?
same happened to me, anyone any idea what to do next as i`ve been on to my bank and they shut down my account but cant get money back...
My Husband and I have the same problem with Direct Finance and have tried on several occasion to phone them for follow-up but phone just cuts off. yhey definately rip you off.
