My vehicle was involved in an accident by Direct's insured driver on February 27, 2025, and has not been repaired. I went to pick the vehicle up on May 16,2025, but Direct did not include the repair for the front vehicle damage so now we will have to wait another month or longer to get the vehicle. I reached out to Jimmy Morales about this matter, and he has not responded yet. I have had this rental since March 7, 2025, and I am very disappointed in Direct insurance. I expect full reimbursement for the entire time that I have had this vehicle, and I would like this matter solved promptly or I will be seeking legal actions. Vehicle was purchased December 9, 2024, and we only had it two months before the accident. I have been making a car payment on a vehicle that I do not have for the last 3 months. The vehicle was hit from behind and forced into a brick wall which caused damage to the front and back of vehicle so why Direct only sent an estimate to repair the back only is ridiculous to me.
Desired outcome: I expect my vehicle repairs to be completed real soon.
