WORST COMPANY EVER TO WORK FOR! THE WOMEN IN CHARGE OF H.R MS. FARA KIRMA IS A TOTAL ###! The company doesn't know how to treat there employees with respect . The owner doesn't do anything at all. The employees I know have already called and talked to labor laws and even then there still mot respectful to them. They don't talk to there employees professionally, they basically tell there employees there putting them on call to get them to either quit or to fire them! Its no wonder why the computers suck there! Its because the parts are cheap and the employees are unhappy! I would never buy from them the owner only buys cheap parts to put into the computer! I would rather so another company or just build my own computer then buy from them! Anyone who treats there employees this way I will not support at all!

I didn't work for them I have a friend who use to work for them and I got pist off at what they did to him and his family! He would always call me complaining about that women so I just blasted it on here for my friend. Please after hearing about what this company does to there employees I don't think I would ever work for someone who treats me like that

Fara talks down to people. She is unprofessional and rude. It seems like the owner does whatever she wants. The company has a high employee turnover. I don't know who is having an argument on this post but it is not surprising there are people who hate Fara or this company.

As a former employee who has since moved on, I am astonished that a company like Digital Storm remains intact. There is an incredible turnover rate - meaning they have to constantly train new people and there is very little cohesion. Fara Karim is the main reason for this: she is arrogant, unprofessional, and a self-admitted narcissist. Basically stated the following in a closed door meeting with me: "I know that I'm like this and I'll never change". She spends most days dressed in track suit pants and a disgusting spandex top that has her fakes nearly tumblng out the front. I caught her numerous times looking down at her breasts, admiring them or something. It's analogous to a man walking around checking out his package. Diagnosis: sociopath with narssasistic tendencies.

This wowsteve character who has commented above is most likely Fara Karim, herself. This is the notoriously disgusting HR manager at Digital Storm whom I've had the pleasure of working with. This woman is a self-admitted narcassist and, I am quoting here, "I know that I'm arrogant and not going to change this". She dresses everyday in track pants and spandex top. I caught her more than once examining her cleavage to make her fake breasts hung out "just right". She has a incredibly repulsive personality to say the least. This personality disorder is coupled with a complete lack of managerial skills, tech experience (she is, if you can believe, tech support manager but does not do tech support herself) and social graces. Be warned - Digital Storm is not a good place to work.
