I was called on July 6, 2011 by salesman Alex extention 2147 about a new product to loose weight called Diet Max Patch. I wasn't interested but he kept bragging on how good it was. He said it would only cost $9.95 and if I wanted it next month to call him and they would send more. Would not cost anything else until I called to confirm that I wanted it. I did not call and give confirmation to take any more money out of my account yet on July 22, 2011 this company withdrew $69.95 from my account and they were not authorized to do so. I do not want any more. I DO WANT REFUNDED MY MONEY AS I AM ON A VERY LOW INCOME AND I CAN NOT AFFORD THIS AND IT DOES NOT WORK. I WOULD LIKE FOR ALEX AT extention 2147 to give me credit on my account IMEDIATELY.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Very bad customer service. The representative had the nerve to hang up the phone on me while I was asking her questions about the product.
This is such a scam! They tried to take $79.99 out of my account just now; my bank called me because they were suspicious about the transaction. $89.99 was taken out of my account 5 days ago by the same company. I called them that day to complain and reiterate that I never authorized any of these transactions! Who in their right mind would ever order a trial and then pay the outrageous amount monthly? They said if I don't pay they will send this to collections, I said good luck with that; this is such a scam. I have reported this site and company to the Better Business Bureau.
They tried to take money from my account and they gave me information to others who also tried to get money from my account. But my bank put a fraud block on my card and gave me a new one. So they can try and bill me it won't happen. But does anybody know if these patches work because I have them and some pills for flushing out your system and I told the lady I didn't want them but she charged me and sent them anyways. So I want to know if they work and if there's any side effects?
I love it it works great and now they have packages with no Aaron If I shipments! I actually had to call for my next supply
No customer service etiquette whatsoever, rude ### people answering the phones. Total rip off, don't trust a word they say. Even if the product works you would not want to keep it because of this unacceptable, rude customer service.
I was called last night tell me BS I was selected for this special deal. I said to the dude I wasn't selected, I am on a robo-call. I could not get the ingredients which have to be nicotine. Question is will it cause cancer? These companies that charge a ridiculous amount for S&H and contains unknown products and these nightmare stories of people who can't get their money back is why I use credit card. I document I called and did not get answer and or get lied to and run-around with illegal non-compliance to their customer service garuntee should not be allowed to have a business by FTC. The woman on this page is young and a professional body builder and is paid to gain weight, then work it off. You don't get a ripped flat belly by not a lot of exercise.

I have been using diet max and it actually works for me anyways...every 3 days I switch to a new patch...I was charged the shipping and handling which was $6.95 and they gave me this number to call and cancel [protected]...soo far I haven't had any problems with the patch...Happy Customer thus far!
I used this patch and it burned and left my skin bleeding when I took it off. I still have the scars from it.
Can someone give me a good number to call to cancel?
I want to cancel this diet max patch and i cant get anyone to help me. I dont like it and I dont want it and if I cant get a response soon I will report it to the better business bureau.
It actually works for me . You just have to keep in mind to cancel it during the trial period to avoid unwanted billing and to put it in the recommended areas of your body so it wont come off.
the trail is suppoed to be 14 days right yet you only have 10 days to cancel and that time clock start from the momment they get your s&h payment it took 6 days to get the order and like the other comments state within and hour it was falling off, with no major sweating or moving around didnt shower it just didnt stick, the second one i put on later that night stuck, stuck so well i had to removed it cause it was causing my skin to break and bleed, these patches suck! i canceled immediatly, i havent had any other money taken out but im still keeping an eye on my account, they also without telling me send a 30 day pack along with the 14 day trial and it says in bold letters to return if you cancel or you will be charged but when i called to cancel and asked he guy over and over he said dont worry about it, im worried lol
Great! I just got my patches in the mail. Took a shower and put one on @ 3 p.m. By 4 p.m., it was coming off. I put two band-aides on it, but it won't last thru the night, let alone three days.
