11/17/2021 I took my 2021 Dodge Charger to svc dept. due to stalling. Service Adviser Giselle Diaz immediately stated in a rude and loud tone "service department was backed up and if something is wrong it would be weeks before it would be looked at and a loaner was not an option until it was diagnosed." Nonetheless, I left my car to be looked at. She never made an effort to contact me to follow up on status of vehicle. When I or my husband called stated several times my vehicle was being looked at and driven to find issue. On 11/22/21 I called for status after an 8 minute hold she stated can I help you I gave her my name and stated I was following up on my care she interrupted by stating I'm the service adviser and nothing was wrong and problem can not be duplicated you drive your car more so if it happens again it can not be duplicated. I asked her several times are you sure my car was looked at she continued to say yes nothing is wrong problem can not be duplicated. I was checking vehicle's mileage via Uconnect mileage never changed the entire time the vehicle was at service department. I took screen shoots of mileage on 11/17, 11/19 & 11/22/21. I have had to go to these measures due to other issues in the past. This service department is committing fraud by reporting repairs that are not being conducted. Repair order was not signed on my behalf or my husband's due to no work or trouble shooting being conducted. This inconvenience of her lies left me to find transportation for several days while my car was just parked there. Ms. Diaz attitude and customer service skills are repulsive and disrespectful. Service manager seemed to want to be involved when request to escalate issue.
