I went on oemdirtbikeparts looking for a 65 wheel, witch they had one (said it was in stock). So I sent an email to get some more information before buying, oemdirtbike responded within minutes…. everything was looking good so I placed an order. Didn’t hear anything from them until a few days later when they called an said they actually didn’t have my part an would send out a refund that never came I’ve been waiting over a week. And now no one will message me or take my calls…. Total waste of time & money I’d go else where. They don’t even deserve a single star.

Yo, so I gave those dudes at OEM Dirt Bike Parts a ring to get some help and they straight up told me they don't make enough to waste their time helping people like me. Like, what kind of customer service is that, man? They hung up on me like they were too busy working on their bikes in their garage or something. Total waste of time, don't even bother with them. Seriously, just go anywhere else.

I was gonna get me a big ol' FCR 41mm carb from these OEM Dirt Bike Parts fellas for my trusty DRZ400, but things happened in my life and I had to cancel that order. But I gotta say, them folks over there are top-notch. Before I even got around to hitting that "buy now" button, a guy named Boston reached out to me and we had a nice chat about the mods on my bike. He even threw in some learnin' for me to chew on. That's just good, old-fashioned customer service - and it made me feel like these folks really care about us riders.

So, I was really excited to get my hands on a rear shock for my 03 CR250R. I found a great website called oemdirtbikeparts.com and decided to give them a try. I ordered a used rear shock that was supposed to be in great condition, but boy was I wrong!

When I received the shock, I could tell right away that there were some serious issues. The clevis had an extra hole drilled into it, which I guess was a modification to lower the bike. The shock ring was all worn out from rubbing on the swingarm. The adjuster knobs were replaced with something else entirely and I'm pretty sure they were re-shimmed. The bumper was all dry and rotted, and the paint was chipped off of the spring and it was rusty.

To top it all off, the shock that I received was not even the one that was pictured on the website. And it didn't match up with the description of the one that I ordered. So naturally, I tried to contact the seller numerous times over a three-day period, but I never heard back from them.

I was getting really frustrated with the seller, but then to make matters even worse, they had the nerve to say that I was the one who complained about a few chips of paint on the shock after I returned it!

I can honestly say that I would never shop at oemdirtbikeparts.com again. The shock that I received was a complete joke, and the seller was completely unresponsive to my complaints. I wasted my money on a product that was supposed to be in great condition, and all I got was a bunch of crappy parts that were barely held together. So frustrating!

I bought two carbs from OEM Dirt Bike Parts in the past year to upgrade my customers' DRZ400 supermotos. The first carb was pretty dirty, but it worked great. However, I wasn't happy with the looks of it, so I bought new hoses and throttle cables. Despite that, my customer was pleased with the performance gains on the FCR 41mm kit.

Recently, they contacted me about their newer, improved kit, so I said sure and requested one to try out. I used the FCR40mm for my 15 DRZ400SM, and they set it up for my bike. When I bolted the carb right up, I was amazed by how much better it was compared to the previous one. I noticed the price had gone up with all the upgrades, but it was still cool as I could still plug in my TPS which keeps the bike more consistent when doing wheelies, at least for me.

I had a few of these DRZ 400 bikes; some had bore and carb upgrades, while some were stock. I'm really happy with just a pipe and carb set up. It's nice and reliable.

So get this, I had my sick DRZ 400S parked outside my work the other day, right? And some bimbo totally smashed into it! I was hella devastated, I put so much time and dough into making that bike my perfect ride. I thought I'd have to scrap the whole thing, but then I came across OEM Dirt Bike Parts. I sent them a quick message and this guy Boston got back to me right away with all my options. He hooked me up with an upgraded package, including DLC upside-down front forks and all the extras. And the price was more than fair.

The parts arrived super fast and I was stoked to see that everything was in order. Or so I thought. There was a small leak in one of the fork seals. I was pretty bummed, but I hit up Boston and he was so cool about it. He apologized and offered to give me a full refund or send new parts and cover any labor costs. Dude even tossed in a store credit, which was sick. You can just tell that he really loves bikes and cares about his customers.
