I was reading all the reviews about different issues that come up. I have experienced almost all those issues. I think I am a bigger idiot than most people. I see where one person spent $1,000. Another one spent $2,000.

I'm close to $10,000. Not exaggerating. The game is very unfair. Your supposed to build kingdoms. Once you get so far, it tells u there are no new kingdoms and they are working on them. After a week or more, there were several new kingdoms available. But after 8-10 more kingdoms, it has gone back to no more kingdoms available. You can still play after this but you will be stuck in the same kingdom. Here is the criminal part. When playing you can still earn some some spins and other goodies. You can also continue to win coins. But, when there are no new kingdoms, you cannot use the coins to help repair and build kingdoms. So, what happens at this point in time? Since you can't use the coins you win, they remain in limbo. You are a setting duck. People can steal the coins. I've had as much as 80 billion coins stolen. CS will apologize and send you 200 free roles. That is a slap in the face. You can also buy certain bundles. However, the things you buy might be useful anymore. If you complete 2 trails,they will not allow you to play on that trail again until new trails are offered. Butz you can still buy things that are needed for the trail. But,you can't use them. This is just the a small amount of things that are wrong and unfair. The more money u spend the more they charge you to buy extra goodies. If you fill your piggy bank up you can purchase 65,000 spins. It costs $149.00. The prices very. You can buy a $30 bundle which really don't get u anywhere. The next step up can go to $80.00. Now they have deals that cost between $150.00 to $250.00. I'm not exaggerating about the cost. It's true. You will lose things you have built up and that cost you a lot of money.

For example. I have completed two trails and they take forever to complete. I am no longer allowed to play on trail after this. But, it still offers me a bundle which includes things used for the trail. I am also earning discounts to help build your kingdom. This 10-20% off all kingdom costs come with some bundles. But, guess what? I have no kingdom to use the 10-20% off on. It's a waste and I'm thinking criminal. It's absolutely horrible. I tried and tried to talk to customer service. It fell on deaf ears except for a response apologizing for the inconvenience. I told them I was going to have to go to the social media sites and complaint sites. They didn't care. I can't believe there are many many people that are experiencing the same. After reading and researching, I realize it's not just me. I also told them I was more than likely going to file a complaint with the attorney general',s office in my state. I also told them I would be filing something on the federal level as well. They are crooks frauds, and etc.
