This game just wants to take everything you have. You buy buy buy and it doesn’t give you anything in return but loses every single time. It purposely makes you get zero plays so that you keep purchasing for more dice. It’s terrible. No accountability from customer support when I’m sure people are paying hundreds of dollars if not more. We should be entitled to credits or refunds it’s ridiculous

Yes I been having trouble over a month with this game they also sent me a link that's unavailable off of there Facebook messenger as well I complained to support they still have not fixed it I am filling a complaint with the BBB I need there exact address if you have it give it to me I spent money off of the game and people attacking more than 5 times and not building up there cities they need booted off of the game.

This game is a rip off and scam!

So many times i achieve rewards that are not credited. They meaning the people set to profit of this game are greedy deuchbags! They do steal your rolls, had it done to me many times! After so many complaints i realized there is nobody there to help!

This game is set up to keep you buying thier promos and packages!

They make me sick and that game should be investigated for fraudulent gaming!

Please people dont get sucked in! There more you buy, there more thier prices go up to drain your bank account!

Dont play that game

It's the biggest cash grab I've seen in a game. The ads are absolutely ridiculous. The whole game is setup to spend. You don't get enough to play and win anything, that helps you progress. Tournaments are setup to spend. Then the game itself. It's programmed by novices, most rewards are lost or not given. Customer service is non existent. The whole set up is to make people addicted just like Vegas. When you start it rewards your pleasure center in your brain and players become addicted. I personally think this game is awful in so many ways.

This game has a trading card group on Facebook where post explaining bugs and not receiving purchases items are not approved for posting and if an approved post has conversation about the game being a rip off and not paying out rewards and delivering on advertised purchases are censored and deleted. This game takes your money, doesn’t care how much you’ve spent regarding the issues your having and it’s straight up has no in app support that is efficient and helpful. Tournaments don’t always pay out and the game flow is intentionally designed to get you right below the threshold for rewards and then bleeding you dry if your rolls which are needed to play. This causing the player to have to spend real money to “win”

Total rip off. They don’t care about the those that pay them, personally I’ve spent over $1000 dollars over 4 months because I did enjoy the game but not all the purchase are over $25 upwards of $100 that are offered to me. Why so much? Because they know me to spend on the game and are gouging the prices which I believe should be an illegal business model. In fact I believe that it is. We’ll see what the law and a lawyer has to say

I thought it was a nice game at first, something casual to play and have fun with, but now I’m getting tired of it. There are way too many adds, I think you should be able to trade gold stickers, and the tournaments are not enjoyable (people have to be paying for more dice and then they just dominate the tournament even if you have done well with you regular rolls). I don’t want to delete this game because I do enjoy rolling the dice and the cute characters, but if I continue to get annoyed with these issues, I’m going to delete. (I know the developers have to make money somehow, but I’ve never payed into games like these, but I don’t mind getting dice for watching adds)

Edit: I am also displeased with the trading situation on Facebook. I was looking through other complaints against this game, and I’m glad I did. Someone mentioned that after you become friends with another person in the game, you can’t delete them. I am very careful who I “Friend” on Facebook and am not comfortable having to “Friend” others just to have my stickers completed. Furthermore, I continue to agree with other comments that I am getting way too many of the same stickers over and over again.

I really love this game and I’ve been playing it for a while it’s fun to play I’ve had a few people that I invited join which I only got my rewards for my first one and not the other two. I agree with one of the other reviews that it’s hard to compete with some of them to win any prizes because they buy days they cheat there’s always a bunch of them on there that say they can get free days from somewhere so when they’re getting all those free days we don’t have a chance in the tournament I can hit a tournament when adjust starts get my first rolls and somebody’s already at the top with 1000 so not fair to some of us that don’t buy stuff. I’ve had a bunch of things that I haven’t gotten my rewards for and I’veSent emails and never got any of my rewards I got a couple of responses in my email but no rewards to make up for what I lost. There’s got to be someway to make it so that we can get more days quicker After spending 25 million coins today I got absolutely nothing nothing no new regular sticker no gold sticker no nothing it’s ridiculous that you have to spend that much and you get nothing you guys need to do something better to make this game a little better for some people

The only reason why i’m writing this feedback is the sense of responsibility that i have towards my friends who i have unfortunately invited them to play this game
i kept on reading this feedback on all of the fb pages related to the game that you force people to buy promos or offers by delaying or not giving them the rewards they win in the tournaments
It happened to me personally 3 times I won top 3 in 3 different tournaments and didn’t get the rewards
i tried everything to get those rewards filed tickets, contacted the support email directly, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but nothing worked i had to stay between 2 to 4 days for the support team to send over my rewards
And i still owe one reward since last Friday that i still didn’t receive until this moment, even though i issued 4 tickets # 166741, # 169985, # 167510 and finally #170929 to get that fixed and every time i log in to the tickets dashboard to follow up on my tickets i find their status solved! While I didn’t receive anything until now. That is really unprofessional and absurd attitude from your support team
I feel really bad for inviting my friends to play the game because i know that this will happen to them soon

Honestly this is just a money grab. The challenges are nearly impossible to win without you having to buy a bunch of rolls or just anything really. As you go on it gets harder to get money to upgrade buildings and almost every single place you “attack” always has a shield which is honestly annoying so you don’t get nearly as much money. Honestly this game is only fun if you have a ton of money to spend. Don’t recommend if you like the money in your wallet. Another thing I’ve noticed about this game is that they don’t like it when you try to save your rolls. If you save them they have more people attack your kingdoms meaning you have to use rolls just to get more shields to protect your kingdom. When I hardly has any rolls(which was zero) I hardly got attacked and now that I have over nine hundred rolls saved up people are attacking me left and right. I like this game but it’s really annoying having people constantly attack me or it’s hard to even get a shield too.

Also the fact that I use all my money and then I leave the game and suddenly I have more money than when I exit the game. So then people steal from me when I used all my money and don’t have any left‍♀️ it’s ridiculous that it doesn’t save that I spent my coins to upgrade buildings.

When I first started this game, I REALLY enjoyed it. However the further i got, the more I found myself angry at how buggy the game is. Today really pushed it over the top for me. I had won 850 rolls from the special event and I was going to wait a bit before using since I was busy. After about 20-30mins I came back to the game and noticed that the 850 rolls I had JUST won were gone. Completely gone! And it’s not like it set back as if I never got it and went back into the progress bar above, allowing me to win it AGAIN(even though that would’ve been just as annoying), instead the bar/prizes itself continued on(the next prize being 20mil). I contacted support team IN game and only got one message back that described nothing that I was experiencing. When trying to explain that the issue they were giving me wasn’t even the problem at hand I got no message back. I went to the site itself and filed a request and still nothing. Now in a game like this, especially beginners like myself, 850 rolls is A LOT and it took a lot of time and rolls to get that prize so I was a little upset. I’ve even put money into this game because I was genuinely enjoying it, but now I’m furious that I’ve lost that many rolls as if they just vanished and the Dice Dream Team are doing nothing to help resolve this.

I usually don’t write reviews, this might be the 3rd one I have ever wrote. But I am writing in hopes that I can be heard and that some changes will take place is this game. I have read the many reviews all the way from last year and it seems that I am having the same issues they spoke about. The main issues that I have are not being able to add or delete friends in the app or in game! Please change this! It’s a COMPLETE hassle to have to go through Facebook all the time. Also as you get to higher levels the prices skyrocket and the rolls and coins don’t increase in comparison. Please change this! Also the side games are either to short or to difficult to complete without having to purchase coins or rolls. And the trading cards! I can never get the one gold card that I need and I have to wait until I can trade gold cards and then I have to go back and forth between Facebook to do it! I mean are you dizzy yet? Please find a different solution! I really enjoy the game and I understand the “challenge” but I also know that when things are too “challenging” most people walk away… and also people steal millions from me while I’m in the game trying to earn enough coins to finish a building, but when I steal from others I am only allowed up to $750K. Why can’t I steal as much as they stole from me from other people? Please fix that!

I’m solely about to delete the game off my phone just because of the stickers. Why does it take me so long to get a single gold card or any new cards for that matter. I’ve spent around 10 million coins in the past week purchasing sticker packs hoping to at least complete the 11 sticker sets that are open to me. I’ve completed one single set of stickers since starting this game over a month ago. I just feel like if I have to pay out of pocket to keep up with this (because you basically do or your a sitting duck and people will either steal all your coins or destroy everything you just worked on building) Then I should at least be able to get AT LEAST a new card, it doesn’t even have to be a gold card, just waiting for any new card at this point. It’s honestly just ridiculous how when you do get a gold card, they basically spit in your face and laugh and give you multiple gold ones of the ones you have and you can’t trade gold cards unless they’re having an event to trade them and today you can only trade 2 certain cards and guess what? I do not have a single one of them. It’s numerous players who go thru this, I have 4/5 other people I know play it as much as I do and they’re getting as frustrated as I am with the stickers. I just feel like if I’m willing to give so much money out of my pocket I should at least get something out of it that actually benefits me in the game.

First I have to say the game is really fun and the concept is greatly addicting and the developers are geniuses in getting people to spend money. unfortunately once you get the dice rolling (pun intended) the game becomes next to impossible for people who don’t spend money. I’ve spent somewhere between 50-80 dollars total, and I’m really ashamed of that. Because really I didn’t get anything out of it. My complaint comes really that I have been playing for upwards of a month and have never once been offered a video to watch to earn free dice, but my wife who has been playing the same amount of time gets videos daily. I find it funny my wife gets them daily but I get none so none of those reason make sense. I will be uninstalling this game as to save myself money and frustration. Save yourselves money and time and play something that is less cash grabby.

This is a fun game anyone can play. My biggest gripes are 1. As one gets into the 80’s levels the game becomes very challenging. It’s hard to get enough dice to complete villages. One has to roll high at this level. So, if one has 100 dice count then they have to roll at least 25 per roll or one cannot progress. 2. On the fight sequences it is next to impossible to get dice. 3. I don’t like how dice packages are more expensive at these levels. When I started playing I could break my piggy bank for $2-$5 and I could buy packages at that price too. Now my piggy bank is $40 to break and the dice packages are $6-$15! I don’t mind paying a few dollars for entertainment but I will NEVER pay $40 to break my piggy bank! That’s ridiculous! 4. I’m not thrilled with the sticker album either. I play a lot and as much as I play I cannot get past 88% completion because I get the same stickers over and over. The ones I need I cannot trade for and I cannot get, which leads to a certain amount of frustration. I roll at 10, 25, 50 and 100 and I get the same stickers over and over and I feel that’s not very fair. As a result of these issues I won’t be playing anymore after this sticker album. The game is not fun if one can’t get enough dice and stickers without breaking the bank, literally! Not to mention there’s a lot of satanic symbolism within the game. What’s up with all the pizza, pyramid, one eye and bull symbolism?

This game started out fun, was it from finishing card sets to get dice?! No, it was from the decent prices to build and the side missions were decent with coins and dice. The further you get in the game it’s harder to get dice and becomes near impossible to build. When you don’t pay for a game you would think the developers would make things possible for all to attain, not the case with this game. The further you get you can’t get gold cards you need to finish sets, the winter trail they’ve come out with is virtually impossible to finish unless you pay for the game, you can’t trade in duplicate cards for card packs or dice, and you can’t unfriend someone in game. Those people you can’t delete think it’s funny to attack you numerous times because they’ve got nothing better to do. I only keep the game downloaded in hopes that things will change. The developers of the game have made it clear via gameplay that this is a PAY to PLAY game if you want to advance further. Does it need to be so easy that you’re finishing quests, card sets, and the trail on a daily basis? NO, it just needs to be a little better with the longevity of some things and after 6 weeks of getting the exact same gold card, give one every once in a while to finish a set. That’s why I think the trail is so long, y’all don’t want anyone that doesn’t pay to finish to get a guaranteed missing gold card. I wouldn’t download the game until it has better reviews and better in-game play.

I did like this app and to be honest I was addicted to it for a while because it was just get lunch and bring it. However, you get up to a certain level and you can’t hardly afford to buy one piece to finishing the kingdom per every 60 rolls that they give you. You’d roll all 60 and just left it open for people to steal your money. FYI not real money. So then I had to delete the app and reload the app to start all over again because it just was annoying. So I have done that and it’s been fine honestly. But what you do need to know is you earn tournament money with your rules and getting certain things and I was having loads of issues not actually getting the rewards, so I would spend all my dice and occasionally buy a little bit of extra dice to send me over the top and then get not get rewarded with it so I was having to ride in customer service about every other time and that really gets annoying because it takes a while for them to get back to cause I’m pretty sure if I’m having issues so is everybody else. so now the issue this time was I spent about 50 million coins to finish up at Kingdom and when I went back to roll a few times so I could actually finish the kingdom none of it was saved so then you have to get with customer support which takes several days for something to happen.And honestly I’m just tired of emailing customer support all the time. So while the game was mostly fun and my kids mostly liked it to you I’m deleting it because I’m just done trying to reach out to sport all the time.

3. The first issue, I just wanted an answer, I wasn’t looking for compensation. This second time, I deserve actual compensation, and they completely ignore me. It would be one thing if I was just making stuff up to take advantage of their incompetent customer service who sends cookie cutter responses without ever actually reading the requests, but I have actual screenshot proof of the issue/glitch.

I have spent $20 when I first started the game months ago to try to achieve a promotion where they were offering $50 through a third party to anyone who could get to level 20 in 12 days. Since then, I haven’t spent a dime. Don’t expect them to give a dang about you if you aren’t spending money. Frustrating. Be responsible if you’re going to build an app, do it right and have decent customer service.

First, I want to say this is the first game I ever really got into online . I didn’t expect to spend money and didn’t for the first week or so. But the game is set up to where you are always in a place where you need more dice or you will come up short from a goal or risk losing your progress. There is a never quite reachable carrot dangled in front of you getting you to spend and spend in hopes of reaching a prize.
I broke the piggy bank the first time and it was $6.99. After breaking it again the price went up to $94.99! Once you have begun buying dice the prices are absolutely exorbitant. Today the advertised pack for me was $124.99. The other option was $174. Yes you read that right.
The game glitches a lot and there is little to NO customer service. I contacted them almost a dozen times and always got an automated response. Twice I got 100 dice as a “sorry for your inconvenience”, but that’s after spending a lot of $ and not getting the promised offer. And lots of duds with dice rolls.
Yes, this game is lots of fun and highly addictive. But they take heavy advantage of the addictive part and bleed you dry, constantly making prices higher and higher. I strongly suspect there is an algorithm that tracks you and targets your spending and playing movements and takes advantage in an unethical way that many players never suspect.
If you play and get invested in the game, start looking for a side hustle to support what will be a very expensive habit to build a fake kingdom with fake dice an no real return on your investment. I’d give the game five stars for its like-ability and entertainment value, but the way it takes advantage of human behavior is just…wrong. Dice dreams you can do better by your players.

When my husband and I started playing this game it was fun. I understand as the levels get higher they need to get harder but not being able to roll enough to get anything is insane. Also the packages were great when they were low but now my piggy bank is 94.99 for not even 1200 dice my husband’s is 49.99 and he gets 4700 dice plus 6 cards. We also have an issue when we roll dice and get three of something there has been a lot of times when we didn’t get anything and that’s not fair. Also the prize packages don’t match up with the money that you have to pay. Which takes the fun out of the game. The daily rewards are nice and I have never had an issue with. Also when I used his link to become friends he never got anything same with me when my friends used my link. It just seems like now you are trying to get people hooked and then you raised all the prices. I’m lucky if I even roll 3 of something anymore and before I was at least two to three times a game. And the fact that I have to wait an hour for 7 rolls is a bit insane. I just feel like this game could be better and even make more money if you kept the prices low because I will never pay 15 - 95 for anything. My biggest problem is when I roll three cards on the game which I did twice in a row and I got the same flower girl card same when I open my cards I can’t get past 75% complete and we can swap gold cards and the one day we could it was only certain ones. So needless to say I won’t be playing anymore if something doesn’t change. And hopefully people have control and will stop to and not waste there money because it’s at a point now where even when you do buy big packages you still can’t complete a village because it’s over 5 million to build one building in your village.

I have spent a significant amount of money on this game, but unfortunately it is riddled with technical issues. The game frequently freezes and fails to award the correct rewards. Each time I have reached out to the support team for help, I have either received no response or it has taken an unreasonably long time, often 2-3 weeks, for them to reply. What's even more frustrating is that the problems never seem to get resolved. I would not recommend this game to anyone who wants a hassle-free gaming experience with timely support. It's a waste of money and time.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer support provided for Dice Dreams on the iPhone app. I have spent a significant amount of money on this game, but unfortunately, every time I encounter a problem with the game, it seems impossible to get any assistance from the support team.

I have reached out to the support team on multiple occasions, but I either never receive a response or it takes an unreasonably long time, often 2-3 weeks, to receive a reply. Even when I do receive a response, the problems I have encountered with the game have never been resolved, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive prompt and efficient customer support when I encounter issues with a product, especially when I have invested a significant amount of money into it. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer support for Dice Dreams has been consistently disappointing.

I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the customer support provided for this game. I look forward to hearing back from you and receiving a satisfactory resolution to the issues I have experienced.

I have been playing dice dreams for several Months now. I have successfully reached kingdom 125. Dice dreams has an ongoing promotion that When you reach kingdom 100 you get a cash reward of $100 I did not get rewarded. Also, the app stats Show me at 86. Also, they have a thing going whete You get rewarded for in app purchases. Well, when They offer get $2 when you spend$1 early on I got the reward. Later, when I started spending More money the rewards stopped all together Even though the offers kept comong.. like dpend 21 get $23, spend 18 get $20. I have contacted them every Other day just about for 10 weeks Or more, always get same automated Response we are looking into it, then Once every so often they will ask me my concern Again.. and it starts all over. o believe they owe me Around 200 to 250 alltogether Does anyone have 800#? I just get the run around. I purchased on good faith I would like a resolution abd csn provide my gane id In confident

I was in three different tournaments. Firts tournament I got 1st place, second tournament I got 1st place again, and in the third I got 3rd place. I received two trophies for being in the top 5 for the first 2 tournaments, the 3rd tournament I didn't receive my rewards nor did I get my 3rd trophy, which should given me the winnings for being in the top 5 in a row. I emailed dice dreams, contacted the support group, but nothing happend. They just don't care. I am very unhappy with this game, and I won't spend a cent on it anymore.

I've made purchases in this game to collect all ingredients and completed the competition twice.

I was supposed to receive 11K dices, but the game glitched, and I didn't receive any reward.

I have screenshots as evidence. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. I'm requesting either a refund or the promised 11K dices.

Please take this matter seriously, as I've lodged several complaints in the past. I've spent around $400, and there has been no refund.

They are charging more than what is displayed on the screen and not delivering the items I've purchased.

I won a tournament on 2/19/24. I was in first place with 15 minutes left and I was up by over 500 so I exited the game to go do some things and logged back on and I did not receive any of my rewards. I waited another 10 minutes tried again and still nothing. I filled out a form online and I still haven’t heard back from anyone letting me know how it will be resolved. I spent around $20 of packages to get rolls and other perks to insure I won but I will not spend another dime until I get my rewards.

Hello so im so sick of this crap I can't send screenshots of the money I have spent on this game. I haven't received the new friend request bonuses either. I have spent almost $200 on this game. I want all of my money back as soon as today. I have don't like being ripped off. So I kindly asking for my refund.

I won a tournament played on 1/19/2024 number 1 spot with 11,000 woke up to no prizes. This is the second time this has happened to me. I purchase dice packs all the time and for me not to be rewarded when I win is just ridiculous! Why is it ok for us to spend our hard earned money on a game that we like to play to boost our chances of winning and that not be rewarded. I stayed up until like 3AM just to make sure I kept my number 1 spot all for nothing! For the amount of money I spend and have all my transaction receipts to back

I won 1st place in a tournament Nov. 29, 2023 and never received payout. Today Nov. 30, 2023, I won 3rd place in a tournament. It just ended minutes ago and AGAIN, NO PAYOUT. I'm paying to play this game as well as get points from Mypoints for playing. I love the game, but if I get ripped off just ONE more tournament it is getting DELETED and I will leave the appropriate review.

I have spent the last few minutes reading over these complaints and I must say I am happy that it is not just me I have encountered all the same issues. I scrolled through reading just the first couple sentences so if my next question has been repeated or already solved my apologies. Wen I try to purchase an offer that costs $3.99 USD my card gets charged $6.50 or more sometimes more. Any idea why this happens? I am on kingdom 68 and got 2nd place in the space tournament and did not receive my rewards. I know it can take up to 5 mins but it’s been an entire day and have yet to receive my chest, dice, and other rewards. I have been playing this game for a couple months now and have been so many glitches. Which I normally get a response and they correct it for me. This one agent Aallysa just says we found no glitches in your game and I told her I have been playing everyday and I have no reason to just say there is a glitch. I told her I want this escalated and a new agent or manager and she keeps trying to tell me no glitch. I usually wouldn't care and move on but this lady doesn't seem to want to escalate my issue to management. I'm ready to write a review and delete the whole game. I've been a great customer and spent a lot of money on this game.

Last week there were SEVERAL DAYS that the game was having issues with being able to connect to the server it ALWAYS seemed to happen right when I was about to gain large amounts of rolls or other prizes for completing certain requirements although I was given a couple of "free gifts" they. Stated that's what was lost due to the error on their end it wasn't the right gifts that was lost... Also I have a BIG problem with the stickers given, The last 9 out of ten times I get NOTHING but DUPLICATES and so many GOLD ones that can't be traded unless they say if you can only trade one day why so many of them given... I've paid for several games with a total of $25 so far. I've wrote them n no one seems to care. I need my prizes or my money back. This game cheats n I'm tired of it. I keep adding money to win the prizes but this last time I didn't get my prize again n I'm tired of it. I'm not going to play until they give me my money or my prizes. 1st time was to purchase 3 games to get 105 cookies free. I did that and didn't receive my cookies. The second time I played the games n gave my pet 300 cookies. When I came back on to play, my cookies were gone n I had to start over. Now this time I paid for prizes n didn't get them. They r cheating.

After playing for several time my rank was +2000 and I'v built almost the hole level today august 27 at 18gmt+1.

As I got in once more my rank was 1900 and I find my self in a previous level with no coins and less dice only 15 min after I check out

Received a first strike warning for using a "modified or unrecognized version of the game" and I don't understand why. There's no update available in the play store so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. There was one day where I received a whole bunch of rolls and coins and finished many kindoms in a span of just a few minutes. It's like they're accusing me of hacking this game and threatened to ban me

I’ve told this app to remove my photo from their game 10+ times and they do not. Their response is an automated message with articles and then they close the request. They owed me 1200 rolls for winning a tournament last week and did not give them to me, they send an influx of ads to get you to buys more product to continue the game. They really think they are slick.
