Diamond Parking Services – Frustrating experience

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Diamond Parking Services. I parked at one of their Seattle, WA locations and paid for parking using the QR code, I have the receipt to prove it. Despite this, I returned to find a parking ticket slapped on my windshield.
I contacted Diamond Parking Services multiple times via email to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Not a single follow-up. Eventually, I gave up trying to get a fair resolution and just paid the ticket out of sheer exhaustion.
This experience showed me how little regard Diamond Parking seems to have for their customers. I won’t be parking at any of their lots again, and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone else. GOOD LUCK!
