I had place my order in the first week of December 2025. By the time the package reached my accommodation, I was not in UK and hence the parcel was returned to Desigual as the reception would not keep uncollected parcel more than a certain period. I have been trying to reach out to Desigual so that they can redeliver/ refund. As it was a big amount (£500).
But haven’t received help yet inspite of couple of emails and the contact number given here does not work.
Urgent assistance on this will be much appreciated.
