I started the returns process through the platform and no returns label was ever generated on the platform or through email. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone (non of their UK phone lines are active), by contact form on their website and by email and it's clear that none of these are manned by people, it's all a dumb bot because it just sends you in loops with the same instructions: check that you logged into your account to process the return, check that you actually logged the return, check for the return label in your account, check for it in your email folders. I did all of this, I have not received a return label.

This meant that It made me feel very frustrated and the cost was around £200 so it's stressful because I started the return on time and I'm unable to return it because of them.

Desired outcome: Return label so I can have a refund.
