Deluxe Hosting — Horrible customer service
What do people usually do if they have issues related to the website or its service? Yes, they call or write to customer support.
My complaint has to do with DeluxeHosting customer service behavior. I can't say my problem was huge, but it was important to resolve with their help.
Well, if only they were professional, maybe everything would work out.
I was on hold for about one hour and never succeeded because they hung up on me. My issue wasn't resolved. Their customer service sucks.
