We purchased a policy form delta dental back in Aug of 2024, we moved in Dec of 2025, We were never told if we moved that we have to start our 1 year waiting time for any major work over again when we purchased the policy , to make a long story short I need to have a crown put in in November of 2025 and was told by the dentist the delta would not cover to work, I call filed a grievance , Then I was told they would give me a waver to coverage the work, they even gave me a number that I gave the Dentist, I had the work done, the dentist office call me back to tell me the number they gave me was for the grievance not a waver, So they lied to me, when I call back to complained I got a different person who works out of her home, I told her to check the so call recording they say they do, got no were asked to speak to a supervisor, waiting over 45 minutes nothing, no one ever pick up. the girl came back on the phone said she request someone to call me back, I am not holding my breath. I am considering fining a attorney who would file a class action suit against the company , all he has to do is look at the consumer protection web site 1 star across the board
