Canadian Red Cross I did not get the money people donate to help me

I registered on September 28. I was very heavenly affected by Fiona I had 3 big trees fallen on my yard my fence broken, My greenhouse was damage and the door was broken I had to borrow 500 dollars from Pay day loan and pay back 580 for the cutting of the tree. I am a senior on a fixed income and I still have one more tree to cut. I lost food. I overworked cleaning branches of my property and now my health is effected by it. My neighbors who did not get any damage got their money after 2 weeks, One bought expensive Halloween costume for his. My Bank donated 5000 and you still are asking for more. If people know that someone like me did not get help they would not give anymore. I called many times and my case was escalated few times but none called. This is not right. Canadian Red Cross Red Cross did not send a tax receipt for the 5000$ Donation

Dear Sir or Madam!
In 2015 my mother donate the Canadian Red Cross $ 5000.00 to help the refugees. The Air Canada also gave the bonus of triple Aeroplan point.
In 2016 she phone to Canadian Red Cross asked for the reciept and has been told the reciept will be sent by mail to her, but it has never been sent.
The 20th of april my mother phoned again and talked with a lady named Chanelle and has been told that is a matter of Air Canada and they will contact her by phone. She did not receive any call back.
I am writing this Complaint letter on behalf of my mother that she would like to have a receipt of her donation from the Canadian Red Cross and does not want about the bonus point of Air Canada. We Just want to know where is that $5000. 00 went to does it went to the right place.

I would recommend contacting the Canadian Red Cross via email to WeCare (at) redcross.ca or by phone [protected] to follow up but they will require additional information that should not be posted publicly on a site like this, such as your mother's name, address and postal code, phone number, etc.
