January 25, 2026. Recently, I was called to Western Dental they assured me that they accepted my insurance. They assured me that they would accept my insurance (Geha, delta dental). I drove to University Ave in North Park. I had to drive several miles and by the time that I arrived they didn't bother to notify me that they would not accept my insurance.
Desired outcome: I feel that this Dental Office has wasted my time and confidence in them.

I was assured that they would accommodate me. Vertis Dental at 2510 University. I've never neglected to pay a bill. When I arrived, they refused to treat me. I was baffled this was at the cusp of covid and I am careful about my health. I canceled the appt.
