They did as promised, saved money, and I would recommend them to anyone. Always calling to check in and make sure things are going as planned. Always easy to get into contact with someone, either by phone or email.

Really took care of my issues. After I got signed into the program I never received a call from my creditors. Always there if I had a question. I have paid off my debts. Thanks to my debt relief program. Thank you Jesus.

I started putting all my Credit Cards with DSG few years ago. They got me out of much debt. Want to thank all of DSG affiliates for their help in everything I consulted them about. Even in my monthly payments I would have to pay a penalty but they were very cooperative if I had a hardship making my payment. I would recommend DSG to anybody that needs help with credit cards.

DebtRx did us a great service by helping us to settle the debt we incurred and got in over our heads. For the most part, the communications were open and clear with just a bump or two along the way, but those were resolved. When we started with the program, all the paperwork was very clear and we were able to arrive at a monthly amount to pay DebtRx and this helped us to budget which was a great help. We have exited the program and are very glad to have used their services.

This company is fantastic. I will tell everyone I know to use this company if they are in need. Everyone I have talked to who have helped me in anyway from Sylvia, Christine and Talia. Slow to start but almost at the end and it has been great to work with them! My husband and I have been working with DSG since December . At first we did have a problem with not being informed enough, we almost cancelled our services with them! Then Justine spoke with us and explained that we would be kept up to date more! She kept us VERYupdated and in the loop with what was going on. Then something happened and the calls and being informed stopped! That is until Christine! This lady has rocked! She has kept us MORE than updated and informed! She has helped keep us sane with the end in sight! I think she is the only one who has been able to get anywhere with a company that has been giving them problems since we signed on with the DSG program! All I know is that we hope and pray to get to finish our program while working with Christine! She is awesome and gets things done! Thank you for putting her on our cases, she has excelled and then some!

DebtRx were not helpful to me at all. They kept asking me questions that were essentially impossible for me to answer, such as my monthly water and sewer costs. I only get this bill once every six months, and it is different every time and I do not even budget for it, so I could not give a definitive answer. What is more, they asked how I could cut back on expenses when I could not, and when I told them I had consulted with local bankruptcy attorneys and later informed them I chose to file for bankruptcy instead, they asked me if I made sufficient income AFTER I had already told them I only make a certain amount! Very aggravating! They also told me because I owned real estate, I would have to file Chapter 13, when my lawyers who knew better knew the homestead exemption combined with my debt and income qualified me for Chapter 7. To top it off, after all this, they got back in touch with me to try to get me to sign up with them even after I informed them I would be going a different route, and they seemed to completely ignore my bankruptcy news, even after I showed them my certificates proving I completed the necessary credit counseling courses required for bankruptcy.
