Dbrand has some of the worst customer service around. Before you order be aware that this company has no phone number on the website, so you can not contact a human if you have problems with your product or order. When you place your order, they never tell you how long it will take to deliver your product, in may case it turned out to be 5 weeks, but I only learned that after the order was placed. Finally, if you want to cancel your oder, you can’t. The website ”coveniently” gives you a message “try later” every time you want to submit your cancellation. I tried at least 20 times and it was always the same message. My advise, buy another product and avoid the headaches with this company. they have no idea what customer service is all about.

Recommendation: Buy another product.
